Two cozy houses with 8 beds

Newly renovated fresh cottage with guesthouse. 4 beds in cabin and 4 more in the guest house. Shower and toilet in both the large cottage and the guest house. Modern kitchen, in addition to outdoor kitchen with gas barbecue, charcoal barbecue and pizza oven (gas and charcoal included). The cottage includes access to pools(June-August), mini golf, sauna, tennis court, basketball and football field, all close to the cottage. At short cycling distance there is Västersjön and Rössjön with clean water and many swimming areas. Wonderful nature with plenty of bike and hiking opportunities.

Lovely house close to Vallåsen with large terrace

Cozy and secluded house located in the countryside among fields, forest and lake in the Swedish nature. Close to Vallåsen bike heaven and Kungsbacka ski. Newer bathroom with heating in the floor, and the house is heated with a heat pump and wood-burning stove. Super nice and well functioning house. We have rented out the house for several years and all our tenants have been super happy with the house and nature around the place. There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed 180x200 cm. One with a bunk bed (2 beds 70x180) suitable for children and young people.

With animals (chickens, horses and goats) and nature with beech forest outside the door, you live comfortably and quietly in this little cottage. The rooster crows and the chickens come and eat out of their hand. Small basic equipped kitchen with fridge and microwave. 1 room with four sleeping places consisting of two bunk beds with good mattresses and pillows and duvets. In addition, in the summer months, the communal swimming pool is only 100 m away or the western lake's swimming area is many nice beaches within close reach such as Ängelholm, Båstad and Vejby strand and more. During autumn and spring, nature invites you to lovely hikes and excursions. In winter, cross-country trails are offered nearby.

The house is continuously maintained. In 2024, the veranda roof was renewed and an odorless biological sewage treatment plant and EV charging station were installed - before that, among other things, a new fridge-freezer, stove, induction hob and dishwasher.

Take a break and unwind in this peaceful oasis where you live with nature into the corner. Stugan is cozy and simple and invites you to a moment by the fireplace. Nice forest trails, playground, tennis court and sauna are in the area and Västersjön is beautifully located a bit away. Further hiking trails can be found at Djurholmens Nature Reserve. Cleaning is done by yourself or there is a fee of 800 kr. Bring your own bed linen and bath sheets. Welcome to the Johansson Family!

A lovely apartment with two double bedrooms, luxurious big bathroom and a small kitchen with acess to a beautiful garden right outside your doorstep. It is only a short walk from the main train and busstation in Halmstad with easy access to both the beach and the city centre. A silent and beautiful place in south of Sweden. We have restored the barn gently in a Swedish/Danish countrystile. Cows and sometimes horses around the house as well as wildlife like Moose, wild boar, deers, cranes etc. A lot to visit for both children and adults, we have made a guide for inspiration. Nice places for walks, coffee, tea and dinner. Perfect for nature lovers and families who want to have real family time. No wifi but a lot to do inside and outside.
