The ladder to the loft bed cannot be removed or locked. You should consider this if you want to travel with children.

Beautifully located apartment in the old town of Marburg, cozy and functionally furnished. It is very easy to reach on foot from the Lahn hiking trail, and from there it is wonderful to explore Marburg. I could well imagine spending a few days there.

We have been guests at Heiko's for the second time. We were 14 people and had enough space for everyone. The kitchen is well equipped, we didn't miss anything and if we needed anything then we just had to let Heiko know. Rooms are also well equipped, clean and with my own bathroom, which is very convenient with so many people. Behind the house there is a garden area to relax, sit together or grill. Arrival and departure went smoothly and quickly. Host very friendly, helpful and always available. A few hundred meters from the guesthouse is a forest, you can go for a nice walk. Since the pension is directly on the street, it was a bit noisy with the window open. At night, however, it was quieter and with the windows closed you could sleep well. All in all, we liked everything and we would like to come back. Price ratio is also fully acceptable. Thank you for everything, Heiko.

Sweet little apartment, very centrally located. Everything clean and friendly. The flexible check-in and check-out was also great, as well as the possibility to drop off the luggage after check-out. Gladly again!

Fantastic surroundings with a view of the pure and beautiful nature. Ideal for walks or outdoor sports. Super nice hostess. The AirBnB is large, everything there so far, parking spaces are easy to find. I can highly recommend it :)

We had loved ourselves directly in the apartment due to the great pictures and booked 12 nights. We really enjoyed staying at Pat's place. She's a great hostess and was always on hand when we had a question or needed tips. The location was very good for us. Only 10‘by car to the university clinic, 15‘ by bus to the city - and only 1‘walk to the forest, which is right behind the house with numerous hiking trails. :-) We particularly liked the fantastic view of Marburg, which we could enjoy from the large terrace thanks to a few sunny days in golden October. We will always be happy to book with Pat again if we come back to the area.

We found a nice, clean apartment. Construction work was taking place in the hallway. The location is very central. Only a short distance to the bus stop and supermarket. Many places of interest are within walking distance. Very nice old houses, plenty of good restaurants nearby. Directly opposite, you could order food and eat in the apartment. The kitchen was well equipped. Unfortunately, there were no wipes for cleaning. Two bedrooms on the upper floor can only be reached via a very narrow staircase without a railing. There was a rope to pull up. Not suitable for older people. In the smallest bedroom on the ground floor, there were 10 pillows on the bed. Where to go with it if you want to sleep? The living area was spacious and the two bathrooms large enough ... with shower or shower tub. Overall a nice short break. Thank you.
