Holiday rentals with a patio in Lagunas de Puerto Viejo

The apartment is exactly as described. It was very clean and cozy. I loved the floor to ceiling windows. The super market across the treat is very convenient. My only issue is we had to rush out of our ubers because the front door to the building is on a main road, so there was always honking or angry drivers behind us when our drivers stopped to let us out. Id suggest using the address to one of the stores in the parking lot next door to avoid this.

Very nice apartment in a very walkable area. Nice grocery store and coffee shop downstairs. A ten minute walk to an atm and big grocery store. Very safe area. Building has someone at the front desk 24 hours a day and the door stays locked. The bed is comfortable and has a large, easy to use smart tv - I had no problems watching Netflix. Nice bar top counter to eat at. Uber picks up almost immediately from the apartment and it is easy to travel to different parts of the city. Miraflores is about a 45 minute walk. The only caveat is that if you plan on doing a lot of very extensive cooking with complicated recipes, it may be difficult because the kitchen is only stocked for basic cooking. Otherwise I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone!

This was a great place to stay with everything you could need (coffee shop, great restaurant, market) all within the block. As described and with great amenities. Well worth the price

Lamentablemente me quede por pocas horas ya que tenia vuelo muy temprano pero me hubiese gustado quedarme para descansar más. El departamento tiene todo para tener una estancia placentera, volvería sin dudarlo y el anfitrión tuvo la disposición completa para apoyar.

El departamento es idéntico a las fotos, todo muy impecable y con restaurantes y tiendas muy cercas. El acceso es muy rápido. Las instrucciones fueron de fácil entendimiento y dudas resueltas rápido. Muy recomendable!

Couldn’t be happier with our stay at Pedro’s, location is perfect, just a 4 min walk from Larcomar and then 10 min in the other direction to Kennedy Park. Check in is super easy and the area felt safe. The apartment itself is modern and welcoming. Would happily stay again.

Look no further for a comfortable and pristine place to stay in Miraflores that is extremely affordable. The host is extremely attentive and goes above and beyond to make your stay pleasant. They were extremely flexible with our flight delays and will go out of their way to help you. The apartment is absolutely spotless and clean. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking your own meals. I highly recommend this apartment for your stay!

Lugar tranquilo, limpio. Ideal para pasar un buen momento en familia.

Ambiente tranquilo y privado si lo que buscas es descansar del ruido de la ciudad, fui con mis papás y mis dos perritas, la pasamos bien! El fulbito de mano y la hamaca fueron parte de las cosas que disfruté mucho, pero poniéndome previamente repelente. La anfitriona Anyela siempre amable y atenta a mis consultas.

Un espacio muy agradable para disfrutar con la familia , tenía todo lo necesario para pasar un buen fin de semana . El espacio muy amplio y ordenado, además el host respondía a tiempo y todo fue muy claro . Gracias lo recomiendo.

Excelente casa muy acogedora para grupos grandes, hermoso patio con hermosos árboles y Flores, y una tortuga que causó sensacion a mis niños. 100% recomendada. Todo inmaculado.

Nuestra estadía en el departamento de Marcelo fue excelente. El lugar es muy bonito, estaba impecable y todo estaba perfectamente equipado. Marcelo fue muy amable y atento en todo momento. Fuimos un grupo de amigos y la pasamos increíble; el departamento es cómodo, limpio y está muy bien ubicado. Sin duda, una experiencia totalmente recomendable.

Waking up to that ocean view every morning was such a gift—absolutely breathtaking and the kind of peaceful you hope for on a trip. The neighborhood felt really safe and secure, which made the whole stay feel easy and relaxed. I loved having a private entrance—it gave me a sense of privacy and freedom that made it feel more like home. The in-unit laundry was clutch, especially for a longer stay—super convenient and made packing lighter a breeze. Location-wise, it doesn’t get much better. Just a short walk or quick Uber ride to Barranco, where I had incredible meals at namely Isolina and Canta Rana, and plenty of nearby cafes for great coffee and people-watching. The apartment was peaceful, stylish, and in the perfect spot to enjoy the ocean view without city noise. I’d absolutely stay here again.

Un lugar ideal para alojarte si quieres estar cerca de todo lo que Miraflores tiene para ofrecer. El Parque Kennedy está a solo 5 minutos caminando, y los bares y clubes, a unos 10 minutos. Durante mi estadía, pude ir y volver del bar caminando, sin necesidad de tomar un Uber. Esta accesibilidad es perfecta para quienes disfrutan recorrer la ciudad a pie y hacer turismo. Además, el personal de recepción fue muy amable y servicial. Me recomendaron varios lugares interesantes para visitar después del check-out. Como mi vuelo salía a medianoche y el check-out era a las 11:00 a. m., me guardaron el equipaje todo el día y me recomendaron un espacio de coworking excelente, con muy buenos servicios. ¡Una experiencia súper conveniente y bien pensada para los viajeros!

If you are wanting a very convenient and Excellent location that is Safe, walkable, ect, I would highly recommend Patty’s apartment. The apartment has a great rooftop, excellent amenities, great staff, clean, and overall a great apartment. The host Patty is super friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure everything goes well and is super responsive to any needs or concerns you might have!! Again, I would highly recommend this apartment if you are staying in Barancco! This apartment really made my Lima trip so much better!

We loved Elena's place. I felt very safe as a single woman traveling and when my daughter joined, we found lots of beautiful walking and restaurants to enjoy. I would definitely stay again. Miraflores was a lovely area of Lima.

Ricardo was an absolutely fantastic host. He was very proactive and gave very clear instructions on how to check in, use the electronics, etc. He even touched bases with us in the middle of our stay to check if everything was fine. His place was very clean and had a central location so it was easy to get around. One of the best stays we've had using this app!

Excellent host Luis Eduardo was attentive at all times and his place is amazing with every thing you can think of - location, cleanliness, quality etc. Absolutely will stay here when I come back to Lima 100% recommended 5+++++

O melhor airbnb que já fiquei na minha vida! Eu não queria ir embora! O apartamento é ótimo, limpo, cheiroso, amplo, tem tudo o que alguém pode precisar e mais um pouco. Tem máquina de lavar louça, panela elétrica de arroz, projetor na sala e até um toca discos que funciona! Ouvi muita música 🎶. Nem dava vontade de sair! Já quero voltar!
