Overall we were comfortable in the place, everything was clean and the place was very comfortable and cool. You have to take repellent. Carmen was on the lookout, as was Mr. Arturo, who, although he lacked clarification of information regarding the operation of the jacuzzi, the rest was fine.

Excellent accommodation, with all the amenities excellent communication at and all times.

We had a great time at the house. It was very spacious and from the front garden there were breathtaking views of the mountains. We also really enjoyed the private backyard. The pool and jacuzzi were also great.

The house exceeded our expectations! It's much better than in the photos: very spacious, with large and comfortable rooms. What we enjoyed most was the pool, which is an excellent size and, being heated, we were able to use it throughout the stay regardless of the weather. It was always warm and ready to be enjoyed. In addition, Rocío's service was excellent, she was always attentive and quickly answered any questions. We would definitely come back.

Ana has a beautiful home which has been accessible for my wheelchair based father and elderly mother, with all flat entrances and accessible showers and no stairs which can be a rarity in Mexico especially Ajijic. This is the third occasion my parents have stayed with her due to their comfort with the space. It is well decorated, modern and comfortable. Ana was proactive in providing entry instructions making it easy for my folks with their early AM arrival. We had a few miscommunications due to myself personally not having the airbnb app installed during the stay and some linguistic overlaps, but she resolved any of our concerns promptly and was very reasonable with any solutions or accommodations. It is on the pricier side for Ajijic, but offered unique value for our situation and needs. It is not a central location to downtown but peaceful, welcoming and comfortable especially if you spend more time at the Airbnb. Bring your own streaming logins for movies etc Recommend overall

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was perfect for our group of six, offering plenty of space and comfort. The highlight was definitely the beautiful garden and pool – it was so peaceful and well-maintained. The gardener came every two days to keep everything in top shape, and the pool was always spotless, which we appreciated! The location was also fantastic, close to everything we needed. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we will definitely be renting again in the future. Highly recommend!

The house is well maintained and in good condition. The garden is very large and well kept. The pool, hot tub, and pool table brought a lot to the experience. Communication with Álvaro was good because he doesn't delay in answering. In general, an excellent place!

Caroline was a very kind and responsive host. She went out of her way to make us feel at home. My whole family was more than happy with our stay and we wish we could’ve stayed longer. The house was absolutely stunning as well as comfortable. I can’t say enough about how amazing our experience was at this particular place. It was easily the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in period.

It was a very nice stay, the house is beautiful, very quiet ideal to rest, the pool size is enough to swim, my dogs also enjoyed the stay. My husband and I matched the host Jen's details. The view that the house has on the lake is spectacular, waking up, eating or watching the afternoon fall with that view is very enjoyable. The gardens are very well maintained. Excellent experience highly recommended, we will definitely return.

The stay in this place was very good! The house is beautiful, just like in the photos. The pool temperature was perfect for me, very warm. The water from the jacuzzi and the showers was also very hot. The young man who gave us the tour of the house was very kind, as was Alejandra when I contacted her. It is very true that it is a very quiet and peaceful area, which I thought improved the stay. The only bad thing is that there were many cockroaches, maybe because it's their season, 🫣but they were only seen at night and if I'm not mistaken, they have raid right there. Everything was perfect except that detail, maybe with a fumigation it will be resolved, but I would definitely recommend staying here!
