It's location halfway between Leon and Managua also makes it an ideal stop for the adventurer that is taking in all the volcano experiences from Cerro Negro to Volcan Masaya. Our excellent WIFI is also great for the remote worker to catch up on some work. Backpackers can be picked up at Nagarote on the highway, brought out to the farm.

The name pays perhaps a daring homage to Famous Studio 54; also playing with our birthyear, but just with the name. This a beautiful brand new house built for our guests. It's located close to the main highway, yet far enough to keep the noise away. It's in the middle of a pretty garden with spacious, living room, kitchen, dining area, bedroom bathroom and working station. It also has outdoor space, laundry and a beautiful terrace.
