On 800 m2 of land planted with olive trees with a private pool of 8.5 x 4.5 m. 1 minute from the city center of a medieval village, the market, very quiet neighborhood where you can recharge your batteries.

Located in Vallon-pont-d'Arc, quiet, with a great view. This new house, with its heated and private pool, (open from April 15 to October 15) offers you two beautiful bedrooms, a shower room and a very large air-conditioned living room with a modern and equipped kitchen. Within walking distance you will find all amenities, and the Ardèche is a few meters away. For your comfort and if you are concerned, a Type 2 electric vehicle charging station is available on-site.

It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.

The "Little House" : cottage with garden

The "Petite Maison" is a cottage ideally located, in a quiet area, in the hamlet of Saint-Martin. You will have a fully equipped cottage with 1 main room (with equipped kitchen: oven, stove, dishwasher) overlooking a private garden, a mezzanine bedroom and a bathroom. The center of Vallon-Pont-d'Arc is a 5-minute drive or 20-minute walk. Ideal for a quiet stay, the "Petite Maison" combines the charm of the old Ardeches stones and modern comforts.

The new "Gîtes du Testal" opened in 2021 in a beautiful medieval town: Lagorce. The location is very nice because at the crossroads of the most beautiful tourist attractions, 4 rivers including the Ardèche... and yet quiet. This pretty garden level is comfortable, very well equipped, clean, bright and heated/air-conditioned. Linen rental on a budget. 1 small, clean and quiet dog is accepted. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space!

Recently renovated 75 m2 charming cottage, located in the municipality of Lagorce near Vallon Pont d 'Arc. Including 2 bedrooms, terrace with garden furniture and BBQ, and large lot. Ideally located close to the rivers, 5 km from the Cave of the Pont d 'Arc and Pont d' Arc. Kitchen fully equipped, fridge ,freezer, washing machine, coffee machine, dishwasher, traditional oven, microwave, etc. Fully air-conditioned. Bed linens included.

We renovated our old stone home to create a peaceful bedroom and large bathroom for our parents, but now it's perfectly-suited for guests. You'll have your own garden entrance, comfortable bed (choose king or twins), double sinks, shower and tub, indoor & outdoor seating, a hot Senseo drink station with mini-fridge, central heating, and ample parking including a covered area for bikes/motorcycles. Non-smokers only and no pets, please.

Located in an old traditional Ardèche farmhouse, it is a spacious and warm 3-star gîte. A 10-minute walk from a very beautiful river, it is the perfect starting point for many walks, bike rides, or donkey rides (rental on site). Village 500 m away (bar and grocery store). 20 minutes from Mont Gerbier de Jonc and 1 hour from Lac d'Issarlès. Bed linens and towels are provided. Beds are made upon arrival.
