i only have to praise the very polite and requested Ailton host in everything. The accommodations were impeccable and clean with everything we needed . i'll go back more often for sure and I recommend it to those who don't know about rent because you won't regret it. near bakery and supermarket and restaurant and general auto and commerce workshops. The beach is less than 7 minutes walk away and other nearby beaches tbm and by car even closer by car. i just have to thank you for hosting.

Great location, very close to one of the basilica gates, the fair and local shops such as pharmacies, markets and restaurants. Mr. José welcomed us in a friendly and helpful manner and provided us with support throughout our stay. We will definitely rent the space again.

Extremely wide local, beds with great mattresses, all very perfect. Thankful for releasing the apartment on short notice. When I return to the city I will go to the same place.

I had already rented last year and whenever possible I will return, because it is very worthwhile, for the property and for Eliana who whenever I needed, attended me quickly and courteously.

The house is very well located. You can walk quietly to the Sanctuary and/or the Ancient Basilica. (To park in the Sanctuary costs R$35 and in the region of the Ancient Basilica it is difficult to find free spots nearby). Local super quiet. Despite having no garage, we left our car parked on the street for 04 nights and had no problem. We travelled in 05 people and had a good stay. Dona Nete got us super well and removed our doubts about the city and the house. The only observation/improvement opportunity we have about the house would be regarding the quality/comfort of the mattresses. In addition, the house met super well.

We spent the weekend at the home of Cristina and Francisco. Everything was wonderful, from the reception, the place, the house, the dogs to energy. Without words to describe the warm welcome of the family, the gorgeous space with a lot of green. The cozy house with the wood-burning stove, the docile and very dear dogs. Not to mention the family that is considerate, kind in addition to explaining and giving us a "lesson" about that space, that forest. All impeccable. The house prepared to welcome guests, a silence, a peace. For those who like the green, the silence of peace, it is a paradise. We'll be back for sure. And we highly recommend it.
