Holiday rentals with lake access in Lagoinha

We had a wonderful stay. The view is stunning. We were able to walk and kayak. Marianne and Lui were very attentive and helped us with everything we needed. It was really worth it. We'll be back for sure!

The experience was incredible, and we can certainly say that the place is highly recommended in every way. The property goes beyond what is in the photos, which is very positive. We were in order to have a beautiful view on the holiday, and we have added to this, also very kind and helpful neighbors, a property with several possibilities of trails or even to sit and enjoy the view. Diana and Guilherme were super solicited and polite. The house very organized and clean, just like this one in the photos. Near the property has a path that arrives in a waterfall, which is possible to go walking, 5 minutes walking distance. The roads were excellent. Therefore, even though it is sedan or hacth, because the roads are very well taken care of, it is possible to arrive quietly. If you want a more adventurous experience, 4x4 is suggested. Rosana and her husband welcomed us very well!! Rosana welcomed us with a wonderful breakfast prepared with great affection...I've never had that anywhere else on Airbnb. The house is very clean, especially the bathrooms! Excellent internet, very clean pool and a very pleasant place, very nice to rest! The puppy there is so docile, so nice...he gives us affection and then stays on his own, taking a little sun... he doesn't disturb us at all! We preferred not to leave him trapped... and I bet it was the best option! I recommend it.

A very cozy, quiet and very beautiful place. Contact with nature, presence of some animals that make the environment that takes us out of reality. Adilson (homemaker) and his wife are very kind and helpful. We will definitely be back.

The house is located next to the highway just before the entrance to Cunha. It is a large plot with space for a campfire, which was great for the cold nights. The caretakers left everything organized. We were warmly welcomed with orange cake and lemon balm tea. A luxury! The house has a well-equipped kitchen, pots and great utensils for those who intend to cook on site. Our stay there was very enjoyable.

Attention and care in every detail. Immediate contact that gave us a lot of security throughout the stay. It was cold and the fireplace, as well as the room heater, kept us warm throughout the period. :) An unusual gift: seasonal vegetables and legumes from a local organic garden! Those gifts that make the soul happy. :) Oh, and yes! Very clean and cozy!!!

This was definitely one of the best experiences I've had on Airbnb. The house was surprisingly beautiful, organized, simple and cozy. The outdoor area is a delight, the garden, beautiful, and the waterfall complete the paradise that is this house. The kitchen is super functional, although simple, and the rooms are perfectly cozy and organized. The number of bathrooms is perfect for large groups, and there was nothing we looked for in the house that we couldn't find. I really wish I could return someday to spend more time there.

A perfect place to be with special people, a house with memories makes the guest feel part of the house, cozy, decorated, spacious, very comfortable and spacious rooms, terrace, delicious pool. Special place for those who like quiet and nature, sleeping with the sound of rain, waterfalls, frogs and fireflies. Hosts Francisco and Joana serve very well, are very helpful and give several tips. Unfortunately, it rained most days and for that reason we could not enjoy everything, we did not go to the waterfall. They have a female dog and a kitten, both very gentle. I took my puppy and he loved walking around the surroundings. We went to 2 nearby villages, São Luiz and Catuçaba, good to visit and get to know the historical points. From there to Ubatuba, take the rural road and then go down the Serra (I found it easy, but very curvy, traffic in the rain is dangerous), it is not worth going to the beaches at the end of the year, but people from Minas Gerais already know how it is, even in the rain you want to see the sea up close. One point to improve would be the internet, which loses the signal all the time. I'd come back again, but outside the rainy season. Thank you.

Elaine and her husband are lovely and the space is wonderful! We went with two children and the space was extremely safe for them: an enclosed outdoor area, including an enclosed pool. It's easy to get to the center of SLP by car, about 8 minutes. We loved the stay, we will definitely be back!

Flores de Cunha: a perfect retreat! The cosy, impeccable cottage provided me quiet nights after days exploring the incredible scenery by bike. The challenging trails and roads met my expectations. The Gardens, an invitation to meditation and reflection. The city's proximity and Marina tips led me to delicious restaurants. A rejuvenating experience with the ideal combination of adventure, peace and good food. I recommend it!

I was amazed by the house. I didn't imagine it was so big. It's just a few family members and you can get lost in the house. Everything is very beautiful and well equipped. Tânia is a wonderful host. Very attentive and caring to her guests. The only problem with the house is that we had to leave. I recommend it. Excellent couple and a wonderful view. Everything is very beautiful. The house is in a beautiful location, with lots of nature! The living room with a fireplace is very cozy, and the integrated kitchen makes it a very pleasant place to cook. The house is clean and well decorated, with good quality linens. Several games are available, as well as a record player with a great collection of vinyl records. There is a small stretch of land that we had no problems with our SUV (it is not 4x4), but on a rainy day it could have been more complicated. The Hosts were very responsive!
