Perfeito apartamento, localização ótima, para acessar a praia era só atravessar a rua, sacada com churrasqueira espaçosa, limpeza excelente, td conforme está na descrição e nas fotos. Recomendo

Estive hospedada com minha família e foi tudo ótimo! Apartamento limpo, espaçoso e condomínio com ótima infraestrutura, além de estar perto do mar. André também foi muito cordial e sempre disponível. Recomendo!!

O apartamento é mais lindo que nas fotos. Bem decorado, espaçoso e muito completo, com absolutamente todos os utensílios e comodidades necessárias. Cozinha totalmente equipada..Cama muito confortável e roupa de cama impecável! Excelente chuveiro ( a gás). O condomínio tem uma excelente estrutura e o local é paradisíaco!! Além de acesso direto à praia, tem piscina coberta e aquecida e restaurante que fora de temporada funciona sexta, sábado e domingo, mas na temporada funciona direto. Quanto ao apto, fazer as refeições na sacada olhando o mar... maravilhoso!! E os dormitórios também tem vista livre para a praia!! Dá pra ver o mar deitado na cama. Neida foi uma excelente anfitriã! Se preocupou com cada mínimo detalhes para ficarmos confortáveis!! Nos sentimos em casa!! Deixou um mimo de boas vindas. É excelente lugar para fazer home office. Neida disponibilizou uma cadeira de escritório e tem máquina de lavar louça e roupa. Certamente voltaremos outra vezes. Amamos!!

Uma experiência completamente agradável a Quinta é um lugar muito gostoso e tranquilo. A trilha que dá acesso a Praia do Moçambique é muito boa de se fazer, um pouco longa e pode ser um pouco cansativa para alguns, mas é uma experiencia impar e linda. O bairro fica praticamente no meio dos principais atrativos da ilha, é bom ir de carro para Floripa pois tudo é longe por lá e de carro é mais confortável. Os anfitriões foram super atenciosos. Recomendo.

Merci à Paulo et Janet pour leur accueil chaleureux. Nous étions 3 adultes avec 1 enfant de 6 ans et 2 jumeaux de 1 an et demi et ils ont tout fait pour que nous nous sentions comme chez nous. Nos jumeaux ont même pu bénéficier d'un lit bébé chacun ! La maison est parfaite pour une famille, et très sécurisante avec de jeunes enfants (Merci à Paolo pour la petite barrière qui a permis à nos enfants de jouer en toute sécurité dans le patio). Emplacement idéal : accès en moins de 15 minutes à pied au quartier de la plage où vous trouverez des restaurants, bars, glaciers, magasins de souvenirs, ... Un supermarché se situe à quelques minutes à pied également, sans oublier notre coup de coeur : un marchand de bâtonnets de glaces au bout de la rue ! Encore merci à Paolo et Janet, nous recommandons leur logement à 100% !

Stayed here for a month and had a great stay! Super well located in Novo Campeche and a short walk to the beach. Wifi worked great for working from home and I had everything I needed for my stay. Would recommend this place to anyone!

What an amazing stay! Like everyone says super cozy and very very clean! I stayed for three weeks and I had everything I needed to cook everything! Location is perfect! Right in front of the ocean, beach access right around the corner where you can walk barefoot. You hear the ocean all day from inside the apt, even with the door closed. And the sounds of birds. The view looks better in person than photos and can be seen throughout the whole apartment. Everything you need within walking distance and the walk is beautiful next to a big park! Claudia was the best! Very friendly and great energy. Super welcoming and accommodating. She also made most things inside the apartment, and seeing her creative energy was very inspiring. I highly recommend this place!

I recently stayed at this wonderful beach house, and it truly exceeded all expectations! The stunning ocean views and cozy atmosphere made for a perfect getaway. The house was clean, beautifully decorated, and featured spacious bedrooms that provided a restful retreat after our beach days. Just a short walk to the beach, we enjoyed lounging in the sun and swimming in the ocean. Overall, it was a fantastic place to unwind, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a relaxing beach escape!

Gostaria de parabenizar a Nadia pela casa, e, também, a Miriam pela recepção, atenção e principalmente cordialidade. Foi um período de estadia muito bom. A casa é exatamente como nas fotos, estava limpa (impecável) e contava com todas os itens em perfeito estado de limpeza e conservação. Tudo funcionou muito bem. Recomendo e pretendo retornar em breve.

The pool is perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach, and the glass cube sauna is absolutely incredible—such a unique and luxurious touch. Everything about our stay was perfect. The location, the cleanliness, the amenities, the space, the communication.. it was all fantastic. Simone couldn’t have been more helpful, she replied to our messages within minutes whenever we had any queries. The house itself is stunning and the pictures on here don’t do it justice. It’s an ideal location too. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.
