Great option! The property fully matches the listing. Upon arrival, the care with cleaning was noticeable, especially in the bathrooms. Quality linens and utensils available. We can comfortably accommodate 8 people. The property is located in a residential area, with a controlled flow of people and vehicles, without any inconvenience from noise and other excesses. The items in the house were all organized, and it even offered great quality hygiene products, I only advise on cold days because the pool is not heated, it is kind of unfeasible to use. The house is great, super pleasant, airy and with an excellent patio. Comfortable beds, equipped kitchen and all working equipment. Lighting is a matter, because it is not intuitive - some switches are hidden. It is well explained in the house manual, but you need to read to understand. The location is also good for those who have appointments in the Lago Sul region. Next to Pontão do Lago Sul, a place to stroll through the lake and enjoy good food and great drinks. The pool was always protected with a tarp and the gardener did not show up to clean it, so we ended up not using it. For those who cook in the house, it is good to arrange food and kitchen purchases (napkins, paper towel and film paper). We like the identification system at the concierge, super secure. However, some app drivers had a problem identifying the group. The gatekeepers did not have the easy to access information.

I've had a wonderful experience hosted in this amazing home! The space is large, very well taken care of, with an excellent pool, barbecue and several comfortable rooms — perfect for gathering friends and family. I was able to celebrate my 40th birthday in style, with great celebration and joy. The hostess was extremely helpful, polite and friendly from the first contact, which made the whole experience even more special. I recommend with my eyes closed and would definitely return for new celebrations!

The apartment is very nice, the view is wonderful, to Lake Paranoá. The outdoor area of the resort, for collective use, is very pleasant. The swimming pool and sauna are very good. For those looking for a quiet place, to rest, it is very good. The apartment is in a place a little away from the commerce, I did not feel the safety of walking around the surroundings alone, but the region is well served as an uber to come and go.

Beautiful decoration. We thought the place was excellent. 10, 15 minutes from everything we need in Brasilia. Great condominium. And at check-in, the friendliness of Dona Cida, with breads, chocolates, teas, fruits, drinks, cheeses in the house, for coffee every 5 days! I really recommend it. Manuella welcomed us very well and communicated quickly and efficiently. The place is simple and cozy. There are two independent bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. The mattresses are good, especially for those who like firmer foam. The shower is good, with good flow and temperature. The bathroom is small, you can't leave much in it, but that didn't hinder the stay at all. Kitchen with everything working, refrigerator, microwave, cold water filter, stove, sink... Excellent location for those working at the end of the south wing, it is 10 minutes from the airport without traffic.

In general, the accommodation met my need for a quiet environment close to the place where I needed to take a course for almost 1 month. As I did not know Brasilia, the distance from commercial points was a small inconvenience for me. However, the host Ingrid gave me all the tips to facilitate my travel in the city, as well as guided me with great helpfulness and kindness throughout the stay.
