Fantastic and pristine place in ASA Sud, really liked the place a lot with a lot of comfortable amenities. It’s very convenient if one chooses to stay in ASA Sud with all its fantastic restaurants, coffee places and grocery stores. I would very happily book this place again…

Ygna responded very clearly and quickly, the house is beautiful, beautifully decorated and in very good taste. The items in the house were all organized, and it even offered great quality hygiene products, I only advise on cold days because the pool is not heated, it is kind of unfeasible to use. Overall, the space is wonderful, I've already booked to come back.

The house is great, super pleasant, airy and with an excellent patio. Comfortable beds, equipped kitchen and all working equipment. Lighting is a matter, because it is not intuitive - some switches are hidden. It is well explained in the house manual, but you need to read to understand. The location is also good for those who have appointments in the Lago Sul region. Next to Pontão do Lago Sul, a place to stroll through the lake and enjoy good food and great drinks. The pool was always protected with a tarp and the gardener did not show up to clean it, so we ended up not using it. For those who cook in the house, it is good to arrange food and kitchen purchases (napkins, paper towel and film paper). We like the identification system at the concierge, super secure. However, some app drivers had a problem identifying the group. The gatekeepers did not have the easy to access information.

The wise woman's singing is excellent, it exceeded my expectations. It is a great place, with good accommodation, and full of lush plants and flowers to make the stay even more perfect. A unique experience, I highly recommend it! The host was very attentive and always punctual in communication.

The place is fantastic, I spent Valentine's Day in a hell of quiet, atmosphere and great place and ideal both couple or family. I highly recommend it for sure.

Marcos was very attentive. The AP is small, flat type, but perfect for my stay in Brasilia, since I went on business and only stayed for the overnight stays. The Flat is in a hotel, with a gym and, most importantly, a restaurant, where I could dine and have breakfast at a very reasonable price. I recommend it!

We chose this location mainly for its great cost-benefit. The location is easy to access. The first time we went, we were a little apprehensive, but we never witnessed anything that caused us concern. On the contrary, the neighborhood is simple, but quiet — a typical residential neighborhood. Still, if you are going to arrive very late, I recommend taking a walk around the block to check if everything is safe, since there is not always a parking space right in front of the place. The accommodations are very good and clean. The atmosphere is cozy and charming, with quality pillows and sheets. It is possible to prepare small meals, such as breakfast or a simple lunch, as the kitchen is well equipped and functional. The bathroom is small, but perfectly meets the needs. Anyway, the place is charming! It was the second time we stayed there, and we will definitely return more often. I thank the host for all the attention, information and availability!

The apartment was exactly as described. The block has several excellent restaurants and bars, which makes the apartment a great place for those who have some leisure time left. The park is great for a morning walk. Finally, José was helpful and clear in his communication. I recommend the stay.

the flat is great. exactly as in the pictures. the kitchen has the basics for preparing meals, coffee machine with capsules. it had water and a cola in the refrigerator, and the reception bombo s, which was a great surprise. we've already stayed on other flats in the same hotel and this was one of the best. the structure of the hotel is great, with swimming pool, gym, sauna. Only the restaurant of the terrace does not recommend it, but there are several other options in the surroundings.

The room is a real highlight — very comfortable, with luxury linens that provide a five-star hotel experience. The internet is fast and stable, ideal for both leisure and remote work. The heated pool is a wonderful differential, perfect for relaxing at any time and the view of the lake is stunning. I highly recommend and I will definitely return!

The experience of spending 12 days there in the apartment was excellent. Everything was very organized, bed linen changed after a few days and the host always responded quickly to our questions. I will definitely prioritize staying in this same place when I return to Brasilia. Very well located, close to the ministries esplanade and with gyms, restaurants, pharmacies and market nearby. Very quiet, clean apartment and according to the photos, well-equipped condominium with swimming pool and restaurants, also has access to the paranoá lake inside the condominium (I found the sunset more beautiful than on the pontoon).
