The apt is literally downtown, set in a lovely street with lots restaurants and cafes in the historic heart of Palermo, just around the corner of Teatro Massimo. Although it's right in the middle of all the restaurants and night life you can't really hear any noise once inside of the apt. The place is spacious, stylish with full equipped kitchen, heating, air conditioned and an amazing view of St' Ignazio Church from the terrace. The apt is on the 4 floor in an ancient building without elevator.

Elvira’s apartment is an absolute gem, it is clear this is her home and is beautifully furnished and equipped as a result. It is spacious and stylish with lovely homely touches; the vinyl collection, the piano, the well stocked fridge and cupboards for guests. You will want for nothing. The apartment has two balconies, alive with lush plants and a perfect breakfast spot overlooking the historical square. Once night falls and you close the doors, it is absolutely silent and your sleep will be deep and uninterrupted in the fabulous bedroom. The apartment is very close to all the historical sights and fabulous restaurants too, you will find lots of super recommendations from Elvira. Elvira has obviously spent a lot of time and effort creating this amazing apartment space and you should not hesitate in booking.

Vincenza si è dimostrata da subito cordiale e accogliente. E’ stato facile instaurare sin da subito un rapporto di empatia e collaborazione. La casa è splendida e ti fa vivere l’esperienza di una casa a pochi passi dal mare. Ci si sente a casa e allo stesso tempo in vacanza. Semplicemente meraviglioso. Se dovessimo tornare a Scopello, e ci torneremo, Vincenza sarà il nostro punto di riferimento.

Staying at Enrico’s property was the best Air BnB experience I’ve had! He was so friendly, responsive and made so many useful and helpful recommendations. Enrico went above and beyond to make our stay most comfortable and easy. Aside from that, the property itself was the perfect location right on stunning Mondello beach with the most beautiful views. This was a lovely clean and fresh apartment. Everything necessary was provided. The external terrace was very comfortable and provided views of the beautiful garden that surrounded the apartment with predominantly lemon trees but also a number of other fruit trees and cacti. Plenty of nice restaurants on the coast and easy access to Palermo and Cefalu.
