The host's service was exceptional, always very helpful, including the location is wonderful. I recommend it to everyone who wants to come to Lages!

The house is good, well equipped and has many utensils that made the stay easier. However, an important point is that there are residents in the back, separated only by a thin wall (plasterboard). We were three friends, talking quietly (no music or party), and yet we received noise complaints around 9 pm. Considering that we had already informed that we were going to enjoy the Pinhão Festival, this ended up being a little inconvenient and uncomfortable. Otherwise, the house met the needs well.

Wonderful stay, Elis answered us quickly and cleared all doubts. The place is gorgeous... perfect for rest, all right in our lodging, I recommend! The house was clean and had all items reported.

Simply amazing. The apartment met all our expectations. Everything was very clean and organized. The apartment is very complete, and has everything needed for short and long stays. The location is really privileged, as it is close to the center, but at the same time it is located in a very quiet and quiet street. We had a great stay, and in addition, Robson is an amazing host, always considerate, helpful and willing to help. I definitely recommend it!

Excellent apartment, well equipped, close to the center, we don't need to use our car. Regarding the car, I managed to park the Nissan Kicks with a few maneuvers. Host always available to help us. It will certainly be our first choice on a future trip.

Small and very safe building. Well located, with a supermarket in front. Easy check-in. Quiet, clean and very well-equipped apartment. Large kitchen, comfortable beds, hot shower. We went on an extremely cold weekend and were happy with the various blanket options. The washing machine is a bonus. We didn't need to use it, but it's really useful for guests who stay longer. The only drawback was the garage; difficult to maneuver and the small space for cars like a Duster, for example. We prefer to park on the street. Regardless, we definitely recommend this apartment.
