We had the best time in Bedrock,loved the peaceful atmosphere and being surrounded by the olive trees.The villa was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated.Our host went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home!Spiros communication was seamless and he was responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish.He provided excellent tips on local eateries and beaches.Airport transport was arranged and the host was flexible with our checkout time. Spiros stocked the kitchen with essentials and welcomed us with a delicious wine, fresh fruits and water.All essentials were provided and fully equipped. The villa is safe and well located, short distance to the beaches and tavernas. You can hear the sound of waves from the villa at night. The pool was maintained and the villa got cleaned up couple of time during our stay. Thank you very much Spiros and your wife for the hospitality and we hope to come back soon!This villa and the host is highly recommended

This might be the most beautiful view in all of Zakynthos! Really. What a beautiful location to relax. The place is impeccable - beautiful and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay as a family of 5 adults and 1 child. Nikos was an excellent host, very responsive and clear with communication. The villa was exactly as described and suited our group perfectly. We also took his recommendation to book a private chef at the villa, which was an excellent experience. The menu had plenty of choice and the food was fantastic. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend to others.

Way above and BEYOND expectations. Speechless. Absolutely amazing Greek hospitality. You won’t find a kinder or more wholesome family to rent from on the whole island of Zakinthos. Eleni has amazing connections that made it so EASY for us to navigate the island and find cheap activities to do. The balcony view is BREATHTAKING. It looks even more beautiful than the photos.

fantastic villa. slept 4 adults and 4 kids. villa was lovely and had most things we needed. there is 2 villas this and a grande villa. we were the furthest one on the drive!! We had the best holiday. Although 10 minute walk to main strip we never heard it. Beach is a 17 minute walk. There is a Spar at the end of the road. Panos resurant is definatly worth a visit. The food was amazing and so good value for money.

We stayed at this beautiful villa for 9 days. The owners were very friendly and helpful. No issues when we broke a mug and we were offered a ride home from the nearby supermarket by the owner when our groceries were too heavy. Overall a great place. Glad we found it.

The villa has everything you need and more, the views, pool and privacy are great. The host is friendly and very responsive and made is feel at home. We would recommend this villa to couples and families who are looking for a quite stay near villages, restaurants etc.

There were five of us there and we immediately felt comfortable! The house really has everything you could need. It is quiet, clean, modern and leaves us no room for optimization :) especially great, approachable and personal communication! We received great local tips. The house is wonderfully located for excursions by car. We would go there again immediately :)

Had a great stay at Euphoria Hill Villa. Dionisis was very helpful throughout, always on hand if needed. The villa itself is beautiful, amazing views and completely private/peaceful. I would highly recommend booking this property!

Would absolutely recommend! I travelled with my wife and toddler. The area was very private and felt safe. The host was extremely hospitable and made us feel very much at home, very proactive and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We loved the layout of the house and the design was modern and minimalist. Well equipped and lots of extra’s to keep my toddler occupied as well. Thank you for the great experience!

We were a group of 17 on a stag do and the place was perfect for this. Location was perfect, a 5 minute taxi to the strip (local taxis were great, basically a small party bus) and the local shop is walkable in about 5-10 mins. The pool area was just as described and photographed, it couldn’t be better for what we were looking for. The bedrooms are clean and comfy. Overall I would highly recommend staying here if you are a large group, it has everything you will need to have both a fun and relaxing time.

Our stay at Sueño was one of the most wonderful experiences we’ve ever had. Daniela was so amazingly wonderful, she was even waiting for us at the door upon our arrival. The home is so beautiful and the location will literally take your breath away. The home was spotlessly clean and a maid service arrived every day of our stay! The refrigerator was stocked with all the essentials and way more! Eggs, wine, breads and snack. They even refilled the espresso pods each day. I have never experienced such a level of care and luxury, even at a five star hotel. Not only will we be back as soon as possible, but I will never stay anywhere else in Zakynthos. It was an amazing experience from start to finish and we were so very sad to leave!

Absolutely fantastic! 🌿✨ Our stay at this stunning villa in Greece was perfect. Located in a serene olive grove, the property offered everything we could have wanted and more. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with the warmest hospitality. The generous hosts left us a thoughtful basket of local wine, fresh bread, and olive oil. They were incredibly responsive throughout our stay, provided lots of local recommendations, and helped when one of our guests lost his wedding ring. The villa itself was space & clean. It provided more than enough room for everyone in our big group to relax and enjoy. The two sparkling pools gave us the luxury of swimming in the morning sun and lounging in the afternoon shade, all while soaking in the peaceful surroundings. And then there was the tennis court — what a bonus! If you’re looking for a peaceful escape in Greece with top-tier amenities and hosts who genuinely care, look no further. Highly, highly recommended!

We had a great holiday with our family, including our 2 year old grandson. The setting is lovely - surrounded by olive groves and very secluded. There is other accommodation nearby, but we weren't really aware of it. It's a short walk into the village, with a few shops and restaurants, and a very short walk to the beach, which, when we were there in late May, was very quiet. The beach was sheltered and ideal for children. There were beach bars and sunbeds nearby. The garden and the pool were lovely - the pool was beautifully cleaned every day. The house was cleaned twice during our stay to a high standard. The house itself was very comfortable, well equipped and had everything we needed. We enjoyed using the gas barbecue. Helen and Spyros were very quick to respond to any queries that we had and to help us deal with a couple of minor problems. They were very helpful and provided a travel cot, high chair, baby bath and baby monitor. They provided a bespoke welcome pack.

What a brilliant stay at this beautiful villa! We had an unreal time and the place was perfect for us 5 ladies! Very clean and modern, beautiful bathrooms. Very accommodating host and always very quick to respond and even left us a wee gift! Would 100% recommend and will definitely be back! Thank you for a brilliant stay!

I truly feel blessed to have had the luck to host one of the most important events of my life in one of the most beautiful villas in Zakynthos. At first, I just wanted a simple travel wedding like a small place to hold the ceremony. But when I arrived here, the professionalism of Dion’s team and the patience of the guides made me feel that this trip was absolutely worth it.The scenery and well equipped facilities speak for themselves. There are also delicious restaurants nearby, places to visit olive groves, and it’s very convenient to drive around and enjoy the sea views. What’s even more impressive is that every detail of this villa is carefully looked after not just by Dion’s team but even by the cleaning staff. Believe me, if you choose to vacation or hold an event here, what you’ll have is not just a place, but a whole experience full of thoughtful and heartwarming service. We had a great time here, the house is perfect for exploring Agios Sostis and Lagana. Both are even within walking distance. The kiosk around the corner offers everything to take care of yourself and enjoy the time in the private pool. The communication with the hosts went great and also so sweet and had already provided us with water, toast and something to occupy at the property. We were very pleased and highly recommend this house.

We have been to many places but never like this. The whole package was fantastic. Every 4 days cleaning. We were as couple and 4 20 year old youngones . They loved the place 🥰 Stunning view , fantastic luxury airconditioned house ,amazing swimming pool and let’s don’t forget Gerasimos and his wife our great hosts . Thank you so much 🥰

Fantastic villa with everything we needed for a family of 5. The interior and furnishings are very stylish and we loved our time here, the kids especially loved the pool and hot tub! There is lots of restaurants and places to go within a short distance of the property and the beaches are beautiful. Thank you to the host for being so accommodating and helpful. We would recommend to all who wish to stay on this lovely island.

Owner of the house is an amazing person , she was so helpful and friendly . House is so clean and everything like in picture . Our only problem was WiFi , but we turned on our phone as a hot spot to use our lap tops so problem solved . But same time you are in heaven maybe you don’t need a WiFi that much . Pool is so clean , they took care of everything we need and she brought us baked goodie’s and they were so delicious. If you stay there please go have breakfast at Leedas , literally 7 minutes from house, with delicious food and an amazing view . We love to stay there again ,, it was a great choice , love from Florida
