Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Laganas

First of all a big thank to Martha who hosted us with great professionalism and kindness at the same time. She helped us even for a force major issue solving a technical problem instantly. The place is a great and exclusive location. We will surely recommend.

We had a great stay. It’s a nice apartment with an amazing view in a very quiet area while being close to the more tourist area (by car as its high on a hill). The hottub is a very nice extra. You do need to like cats and dogs as both the upstairs neighbours and the neighbours next door, have a dog and a lot of cats are walking around. We would recommend this place

This villa is perfect for small groups, couples or families, we stayed as 3 couples and it worked perfectly for what we needed. The place is very modern and the pool, hot tub and bedrooms were just what we needed. We would 100% stay here again in future! Thank you!

A beautiful house where we felt completely at home! Marilena's parents live next door and were incredibly sweet and brought some goodies every day <3 The hot tub is also great! There are not many amenities nearby, but with a car, it is a nice base. There is a lot of commotion in the neighborhood: many dogs and chickens live in the area, who also like to chat at night, and a lot of work is done on the land from early in the morning, for us this was not a problem! If we go to Zakynthos again, we will definitely visit Marilena again!

Wonderful space for a family. My brother and I made the most of the space and genuinely enjoyed our time in Zante. We would definitely stay again

Adriana has a fantastic Villa. Modern and well looked after. Comes fully equipped with everything you'd need if self catering. Adriana kindly filled the fridge with goodies for us too. Downstairs, there is a Large living room, table and kitchen, bathroom and 1 bedroom and two big patio areas back and front and a hot tub upstairs two big bedrooms, bathroom and balcony. great for watching the sun set. Located just outside Tsivili, a 10/15 min gentle downhill walk to the main street of bars and restraunts or beach. We had a great holiday and would recommend this as a great base to explore the island

The apartment is very centrally located in the historic old town and yet very quiet. Everything could be easily reached on foot, and a parking space for the car was also always easy to find. Communication was fast, friendly, helpful and pleasant at all times. The furnishings and equipment were exactly as specified. Towels and linens have been changed regularly. A washing machine is also available and can be used. I would love to come back, it was the perfect apartment and location for me. The surrounding restaurants, cafés, bakeries, etc. are also recommended.

The family of 4 stayed 3 weeks at Yiannis house. The house is located on the hill above Zakynthos. It is less then 10 m drive to the centre, Port supermarkets and even some beaches. We enjoyed our stay a lot. Yiannis is an excellent host and I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for an accommodation in Zante. He has given us lots of advices, recommendations. He replied any of my messages immediately. The house is big and can easily host up to 6 people. Parking is safe in the backyard. The area is nice, the view from the balconies is stunning! Sunrises are must to see) We were provided with basic welcome package though the house has absolutely everything for the comfortable stay. Thank you Yiannis. We will be happy to consider to book your house again. The house, as actually an entire island, requires to have a car. We dined in nearby Taverna Acrotiri on Yiannis recommendation and we liked it. The food and service was really good.

The villa is really great and everything was very clean. Wonderful view of the sea and the sunrise. The terrace with the whirlpool and the illuminated garden is beautiful. Approximately 100 meters through the garden to the sea. Be sure to bring water shoes for entering the sea. It is wonderful for swimming and snorkeling. Communication with Dimitris was flawless and friendly, he was very helpful and made suggestions for the area. We'd come back in a heartbeat.

10/10. Had a lovely stay here! Lovely bakery down the road which is a 10 min walk. Location is quiet and peaceful and was perfect for our little one to sleep. Host was lovely and responds quickly. We needed a travel cot and high chair and this was provided for us. Gave us recommendations for the area and car higher. Would defo recommend staying here! The villa was perfect, clean and plenty of space for 4 adults and a little one. I would live here if I could. The villa is lovely and would highly recommend.

We had the most wonderful stay, Melina met us at the property and was so kind and helpful. Sending lots of recommendations for places to go and restaurants. We had a slight problem with no gas for the BBQ on the first night and Melina had it all sorted within 10 minutes. We used the taxi service that Melina recommended and Theo couldn’t have been lovelier. As a group of girls travelling we felt so safe and reassured, even when he couldn’t drive us back to the villa one evening Theo sent us contact details and arranged for a different driver for us. The villa was even better than we had imagined, beautifully maintained throughout. The only down side is the chickens and dogs locally are quite noisy, which does interrupt the tranquility on a few occasions. We can’t wait to return, and explore more of this beautiful island. Fantasitc spot, Nikos is the MAN. Gave us recommendations to restaurants, beaches etc. Anything we needed, we went straight to him and responded right away. He got us a BBQ grill in a matter of hours. Excited that we got to spend our time there. Cant wait to do it again!

The Villa is even better live than what we expected from the pictures:) Almost no neighbours, stunning sunrises in the morning (viewable from the bed on the 1st floor) and equipped with everything you need. If we had to take a point somewhere, it would be that the waterflow in the shower could have been stronger. All in all, we recommend the Villa:)

Very good hosts, responded very quickly and house was very top!!

Absolutely gorgeous property and perfectly suited to a larger group, we were ten guests and it comfortably slept everyone. It had so many wonderful areas to dine too, from a rooftop terrace, to a romantic barbeque area and poolside table, plus two fantastic long tables inside the property. The pool was wonderful, though bracingly cold - I'm not sure how warm it gets in the heat of the summer as it is quite shaded in the beautiful olive grove. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of bathrooms for everyone to use. My only criticism is a couple of the bedrooms were a little less than ideal due to very steep access or not particularly private spots - one was a curtained off area in the living room. Our host, Anna, was absolutely incredible though, nothing was too much trouble, and she even provided a karaoke machine as evening entertainment for a special birthday celebration! A gorgeous property in a wonderful location, I hope we'll visit again one day.

The Villa Calma was absolutely incredible. It is not only beautiful, but also super spacious and spotless. The private infinity pool was a real highlight. Big, clean, and perfect for relaxing at any time of the day. And the view over the sea was just breathtaking. We also really appreciated the little things. The Villa was cleaned daily, there were plenty of fresh towels (both for the pool and bathroom), and even parking was easy with private spots right by the house. The area is calm, quiet, and felt very safe, ideal for a peaceful getaway. Special thanks to our wonderful host Angela. She was incredibly kind, always available, and took care of everything with such warmth. She even helped us arrange a private boat tour, which ended up being one of our favorite memories from the trip. Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We’re already dreaming about coming back!
