Great area and place to stay! Clean and Cozy!

This place was perfect! We were in town for my fathers open heart surgery and Diana was extremely accommodating and kind. She was quickly responsive and the place was so well kept. I felt very safe in the area and loved that were able to bring our fur babies with us! I’d highly recommend not only this listing but any listing Diana offers!

I stay here. It was amazing. There was a lot of Hot days there which made it great because there is a pool that we could use all the time we even used the grill that was in the backyard. The location was amazing because there’s nothing but restaurants of every food you can think of.

Eric's place was actually very difficult to find and access, but the reason I did not give him a low review or count it against him is because his cleaning company accidentally locked the door and he was very responsive and none of it was his fault. He made sure he responded to us until we were safely inside and apologized for the miscommunication. People make mistakes but it was how he handled those mistakes that stood out to us! He was kind, friendly, responsive, and concerned. The house is gorgeous, the kids enjoyed themselves. The layout of it is beautiful! We will definitely be back because we play a lot of baseball in that area. Thanks Eric!

Loved our stay at Ryans place! The place was very clean and we had no issues accessing the property! The place was priced reasonably for a group of 8 of us for the weekend! We came down for the crawfish festival which ended up being less than 30 minutes from this air bnb. If we ever find ourselves in Lafayette we will definitely stay at this place.

Very responsive and professional. A well taken care of place that smells good and really makes you feel comfortable. The bed was beyond comfortable and I enjoyed how organized and clean everything was.

Easy to find townhouse in the heart of Youngsville. Its located behind a small shopping area so you have the option to walk to coffee, food and what not.

Eric's townhouse is beautiful and in a very convenient location near cute boutiques and restaurants with in walking distance. Very spacious and nicely decorated. I recommend this place for your stay.

The convenience of this location made it ideal for us as we were 5 minutes from the sports complex. Eric was an amazing host. He quickly responded to an issue and was very accommodating. The townhome/location felt very safe! We would definitely stay here again!

What a great property! We really enjoyed our stay...my teenagers even loved it. It was so nice to walk into the cool air conditioning on a warm day. It was very clean in all spaces. The beds were very comfortable and had nice linens. Great location too, within a beautiful safe, quiet neighborhood. The host's instructions were proactive and helpful. I would 10/10 recommend this property. We loved Lafayette too.

Very nice and peaceful space. The bed downstairs is pretty firm, however overall a very comfortable and serene environment.

This place was safe and secure. This stay was my first time staying with AirBnb I’ve had reservations about booking after hearing others horror stories. But after staying here, all of my reservations about booking stays with Airbnb diminished. Sonya was a great host and this property was a home away from home. My 73 year old mom was comfortable and that was more important for me. I would definitely book again in the future when I visiting my daughter at ULL.

This is our second time to stay with Erin and she somehow is even better the second time around! So accommodating, helpful, kind with an amazing property to top it all off! Our tennis team occupied 2 of her 3 units and it was a perfect place to regroup, recharge, and connect with our team. The decor is precious, we feel right at home, and the location can’t be beat. So centrally located to everything we did while in Lafayette. We greatly appreciate her hosting us once again and hope to be back soon.
