We very much enjoyed our stay at Ryan’s place. It was right down the street from the ball park that we were playing at all weekend, so that made it super convenient with our schedule. The home was very clean and exactly as described. We would definitely stay again should we find ourselves in Youngsville in the future!

Really loved how the Train Wreck Inn property looked, starting with the beautiful landscaping and creative outdoor areas, to the interior colors and decorating scheme. The Blue Train Car was fun to stay in and very comfortable. A soak in the claw-footed tub at the end of the day was very relaxing. We enjoyed listening to several of the many records on the record player...and the music was local cajun music!!! It was also nice to have a t.v. to watch a movie before going to bed. The place was easy to find and had a nice parking space which was well-lit. Several businesses were within easy walking distance...The Kitchen Shop, Petite Rouge (tea, herbs, soaps, oils, antique jewelry & antique furniture store) and dining. Everyone we met was very friendly and helpful. Colin communicated very well and even brought some dish soap without having to ask. We are even considering staying in the Yellow Caboose next time!

Brand New Designer Townhome in the Middle of Town

We traveled to Lafayette to visit my in-laws, and I knew that we would want a comfortable and relaxing place to stay while in town. This townhome exceeded our expectations. It was beautifully styled, with a great layout and all of the amenities that we could possibly need. Our daughters loved having a beautiful room (with a TV!) and my husband and I enjoyed the spa-like primary bathroom. The kitchen was also beautiful, with all of the utensils (and coffee) we hoped for. This was our first time renting rather than staying with my in-laws, and with my husband's busy job and two kids, we were really happy to have our own little oasis to rest and relax. In my opinion, the best part about the townhome is the proximity to great restaurants and activities in Lafayette. We were about a 5-10 minute drive from all of our favorite places, while still feeling tucked away in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood. We have absolutely nothing and to say about this place - it was exactly what we needed!
