This studio apartment, furnished with a king bed and a fold out twin sofa bed, makes for a great place for a weekend getaway to Oxford, whether for a Ole Miss football weekend in the fall, baseball or double decker in the spring or anything in between. It is located less than 2 miles from campus and the Oxford square. Additionally, if you are looking for more space, we have a neighboring but separate two bedroom unit available. Wanna snuggle up somewhere cozy AND walk to the big game? Warm blankets, comfy beds, and big screen TVs—two king beds and a sleeper sofa too! Come stay with your family, friends, and fur babies in our favorite little college town. The square isn't far off either. In five minutes, enjoy the rabble rousers and hooting hooligans occupying our sweet little village of allegedly higher education. Better, the owner is the author of Haulin' Rebels and loves to give his books and tall tales away!

The Oxford Presley - Minutes from Grove & Square

Our 3/3.5 condo is in a gorgeous complex with ample parking directly in front of the unit, high-speed internet, stainless steel appliances, full kitchen, and full sized washer/dryer. Each bedroom has an en suite full bathroom. Enjoy visiting upstairs in the sitting area that is well stocked with board/card games as well as a sleeper sofa. Our condo is super convenient to enjoying Oxford or simply relaxing! For the security of our property, there is a ring camera at the front/back door.

Ole Missy Condo

Absolutely loved this spot. We came for Ole Miss accepted student day and this was the perfect spot! Decorated Hotty Toddy style and my daughter loved it. Caroline was super communicative and helpful. Close to the school and quick drive to town square.

We had an excellent stay! Centrally located and we were able to walk to the Ole Miss Baseball game within 15 minutes. The space is beautifully decorated and has everything you need, right down to makeup wipes and toiletries. We came in late from Boston and were so delighted to have cold waters in the fridge waiting for us, along with fresh fruit, a basket of snacks and gift bags with local recommendations! Would highly recommend.

The condo is in the perfect location of walking distance to campus. Easy parking and secured gated community. The condo has everything you need and is very comfortable. Will is very responsive and helped us with anything we needed! Next time we are in town for a football or baseball game we will be staying here again!

Condo in Oxford

Truly loved staying in Jessica’s condo on game-day weekend! We are alumni and have struggled to find a place the past few years that we really enjoyed. The layout of Jessica’s place was perfect for three couples! She had everything you could ever need and more! The spacious living room was great to sit in and watch the games before we headed to the grove. The location was awesome with it being a quick taxi or Uber to anywhere, and without it being too close to anything rambunctious. We loved this place and hope to keep booking for our yearly trips to Oxford!

We stayed at Margaret’s for our daughter’s graduation. Margaret’s house is very close to Ole Miss and the Square. She met us upon arrival, showed us to the apartment, and had homemade treats for us. I would recommend her home while in Oxford.
