Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Laconia

I have been using Airbnb for many years and my stay at Anna Maria's "Kourkoula House" was by far the best I've ever experienced. Not only is it a hidden gem (waking up just meters away from the Greek sea), but the kindness and warm hospitality of Anna Maria and her father were one of a kind. The house is easy to find as it's one of two private houses located on the main road before the fortified medieval village of Monemvasia, which is pedestrian. While it's right above the main road where there is indeed some passage, the terrace is full of vegetation and flowers and beautiful plants which almost perfectly conceal the vis a vis - all while offering the most magnficent sea views! A picture-perfect set up for a glass of wine at sundown... Anna Maria is extremely responsive and was very accomodating with our check-in/out. Her father and herself were simply put, one of the nicest hosts we've encountered. The photos are only but a glimpse of how beautiful and unique this place truly is!

Louli was an excellent host, she recommended us nearby restaurants, was very communicative and proactive. The place is only a few meters away from the beach!

Very beautiful trip, very clean house

We enjoyed so much this beautiful house. For a family of four it was very comfortable for us. Space, comfort, great view, nice beds, warm water and wifi, it was al there. We stayed a week and the location was perfect for day trips all around Mani. Vivi and Dikeos were very kind. A great way to fall in love with Greece!

Charming traditional home with breathtaking views from the balcony — truly a hidden gem in Pragmatefti near Leonidio. Every morning (and night) felt magical. The house has an authentic, warm feel that made us feel right at home. Communication with Mina was more than perfect — friendly, prompt, and helpful throughout. Would definitely return!

Just wonderful! The house is very convenient, arranged with great taste and care. There are numerous books and music to dive into. The kitchen provides everything - it is equipped like our kitchen at home. The view from this upper village of Tyros is breathtaking combining sea and steep mountain slopes. A car to get there is recommended. Host Ilias is very accomodating and polite, at the same time practical and discreet. We enjoyed our stay there very much and will certainly come back. This Airbnb is highly recommended! The host, Theodoros, and his mother, Eleni, are incredibly responsive and take excellent care of their guests. The apartment is very well-equipped, spotlessly clean, and exactly as shown in the photos. It’s located in a quiet area, just a short walk from the beach and the ferry terminal to Elafonisos. Thank you so much – we had a wonderful stay and look forward to coming back next time!

Great place to stay and explore the neighbourhood. We had some delicious snacks and water on our arrival. Nice view on the pier and walkable distance to the beaches.

Marcos excellent led us to the room himself. He gave us all the information we needed.The house spacious very clean had all the amenities. The sea right next to the area beautiful. We will definitely go again.

We had a wonderful stay at Eleni's apartment. It is spacious and equipped with everything we needed and made the stay pleasant. The direct view of the sea from the balconies of the apartment is the blast. In a few minutes you can reach cafes, restaurant, the harbor, the old town of Monemvasia ... Eleni and her family are very hospitable and have happily surprised us with a guest gift, such as olives and olive oil from their own olive grove. Upon arrival we even found delicious, sweet juice oranges and some for a little snack. Great! We would come back and would highly recommend.

Εμμανουίλα was responsive to our messages and provided us with a place to stay that met our expectations. The terrace is very nice and has an unobstructed sea view. A parking space is just outside the door but plenty of spaces are available on the street if needed.

Our second stay here and just as lovely this time. Beautiful spacious apartment with a fantastic big balcony overlooking the sea. Very well appointed kitchen and super comfy bed. We had some great swimming and snorkelling in sparkling clear water.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay just outside Porto Heli. Ornella met us on the first day and showed us the way in from the village, or else we’d possibly never have found it! She was incredibly welcoming and the apartment was as expected and described- what a stunningly peaceful location with all the amenities one needs and beautifully kept gardens. Thank you, we had a lovely stay!

The hosts were very polite and nice. They were very quick to respond to every question and sent helpful information. The apartment condition was just great, everything modern and clean. Nesspresso coffee maker & coffee capsule, milk frother make delicious coffee. Very convenient with the dishwasher and washing machine with dryer. Basic ingredients for cooking were provided such as olive oil, salt, pepper. Street parking was very easy. The city center is within walking distance. We were all very satisfied and will recommend or come back.
