Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Laconia

This is a wonderful house with a gorgeous pool area. Ella is a fabulous host and was very helpful and attentive to everything we needed. The house is close to Stoupa with the beach and cafes. We did paddleboarding and took out a boat from Stoupa beach too. The beds in the house are so comfortable and all the bedrooms feel spacious and luxurious. It is lovely!

Iris was very responsive, friendly and helpful through messages. Check in and check out time was flexible. Sokratis was lovely. He came to greet us for check in and introduced us to the house and also showed us the way to the supermarket that was very close. The place is beautiful with the most amazing bedroom with a jacuzzi and the most beautiful view of the sea 🌊 and mountains 🏔. It’s very close to beautiful fishing villages but also close to Stoupa. Having stayed in Kardamyli, Stoupa and Neochori now I can honestly say that this place was best for location because it’s close to all those places but also allows you to escape and find peace and quiet. It’s only walking distance away from a beach and nice restaurants. It was the perfect place for me and my partner to spend Easter holidays.

Had a wonderful stay with a small group in this lovely villa. The accommodation was clean and modern but with traditional charm. The local area is stunning with lots to do including easy access to the island of Spetses. Theophilos was a friendly and attentive host who was very communicative and gave really helpful advice on the local area. Overall 10/10 - Will be back!

Don’t hesitate to book, such a beautiful spot. The flat is elegant and even better than photos. The terrace looks out over the new town of Mystras and the stunning hill and ruins of old Mystras and around to Sparta. Easy to get there and visit sites by car. Old Mystras is fascinating ..visit early morning for the castle and go back later in the day to avoid the coach tours .. Sparta although modern is also well worth visiting ..especially restaurant En Hapti. To sit under the scented jasmine with great food . The flat is completely self contained, spacious enough for two couples and private, very comfortable bed and spotlessly clean. Spyros is lovely and lives in the basement quietly and has a gorgeous dog called Roody. If in the area this is a truly magical place to stay. Thank you Spyros so much for sharing it.

Tout était parfait. Ce logement est magnifique, le cadre sublime, bref un séjour idyllique. La piscine était appréciable. La plage était à 5 minutes à pied. Le logement était propre et les équipements en adéquation avec l'annonce. Nous avons pu ainsi passer un moment relaxant grâce au magnifique cadre que propose le logement. Une mention spéciale pour Magdalena. Un grand merci, vous avez été très accueillante et disponible.

Walking in to Nikos place was like coming home, but in Greece. The place was so spacious, giving everyone room to chill separately or together. There were so many doors onto the balconies that it felt like we were outside at times, with light pouring in. And after a day of exploring the city or further afield in our car rental, it was so nice to come back and chill with a drink before walking to the old town to a restaurant. Nikos had everything we needed including offstreet parking. The street leading to the parking was narrow so I wouldn't recommend a large car but after the first time, it was easy. George met us at the flat and was very helpful, as was Nikos. I would come back in a shot and highly recommend this flat. It wasn't a problem for me but if you want a really quiet stay, then you might find Nikos flat a bit noisy as one of the balconies overlooked a main road. For me though, it was only the occasional loud car or music blaring, that was annoying. I slept well.

Amazing place at the North of the island! Very well designed and comfortable. The jacuzzi is a plus for the evenings. I would highly recommend it for a couple that wants privacy and a bit of luxury. Penny is adorable, super friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back 😊

Une maison magnifique avec beaucoup de goût. Tout est bien pensé et la rénovation est d’une très grande qualité. Tous les espaces sont très agréables et fonctionnels. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Un grand merci pour ce séjour magique.

An amazing castle like home over a very large olive gorge overlooking the ocean. Absolutely stunning scenery all around us. Home had all the amenities one would hope for and then some. Very large space for our family of 9. Pool and hot tub were a hit plus tons of games including foosball and ping ball. The upper deck was perfect for sunsets. And while we did not use they had this amazing wood fire BBQ and sitting area one could use. The location was great. We were basically on side of mountain in a secluded area but close enough to small villages and beaches. Lots of tavernas within 10 mins…4 tavernas within 1/4 mile (although 2 were closed due to slow season). Getting into Kalamata city center was about 25 mins and well worth it. Ann provided several suggestions on her Airbnb page. While there is taxi service i would highly recommend having your own vehicle Ann has a local host, Joanna, helping out and was super helpful and very responsive. Don’t hesitate to rent this place!

We had such a wonderful stay, the Airbnb was so beautiful!! Florian was super helpful met us straight off the ferry and guided us to the Airbnb and helped us with local recommendations. The Airbnb was perfect and had such amazing views, would highly recommend.
