Holiday rentals with beach access in Lackawanna County

The kp lakehouse was simply beautiful. Everything was spotless and every room had a view of the lake. Towels were plush, bedding comfortable. Owner provided morning coffee. Communication and access to home was very easy. We look forward to our next stay.

The host was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive to all our needs, making us feel right at home. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and amenities. We had the best ever Polish Family Picnic Re-Union again, in the PL State Park, again staying with Ms. Elwira, Somewhere In Time! Elwira was a great host. She was very sweet. The place was clean and cozy. It had everything needed. The location was perfect to get to the park,trails and the store. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The place is huge and equipped with everything you need you feel right at home down to a highchair for our baby. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. The best part is it was the property was only 10 minutes from downtown. Jim Thorpe, the train station and tourist area and also about five minutes away from a lake with a man-made beach where you can go boating and just have a great day with your family, we definitely enjoyed ourselves and will be returning again around Christmas for another family gathering

Anthony's place was exactly as advertised, and it was clean and bright. The apartment was fully stocked with everything I needed, it was comfortable, and I felt completely safe there. I would rent it again should I need to stay in the Hawley area, and I would recommend the space to others.

Stayed at Aleksey's and Julia's place for a three-day weekend with the family. Aleksey is super responsive and provides clear and detailed information and instructions. Check-in was smooth and we had no problem finding or getting to the house, which is nestled inside a gated community. The place was spotless when we arrived, and had all the amenities we were looking for. Plenty of sleeping space (four bedrooms, including bunk beds in two of the room), and the beds were very comfortable. Heated floors in the kitchen/bathrooms was was great, and the basement sauna was a very nice touch. My kids loved the game room in the basement, and really enjoyed playing in the backyard by the river. There are a lot of families with young kids out and about, going for walks, and the people in the community were friendly. We actually spent most of our time within the community itself, as there were plenty of low-key activities on the community grounds. Highly recommend this place, will def. be back.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Sunset Cabin! It was super cozy and spotless, with the most peaceful surroundings. You could tell Michelle put a lot of thought into making it feel like a real retreat. The hot tub was a total highlight - perfect for unwinding after a day outdoors. Michelle was an amazing host, super responsive, and made us feel right at home. The late checkout was a lovely bonus. If you're looking to escape and enjoy nature, we'd totally recommend this spot. We had a wonderful stay at Patrick’s home! I stayed with my family, including six small children, and the house was perfectly accommodating for all of us. One of the highlights was the closet stocked with board games and toys—it kept the kids entertained and made us feel right at home. The only downside, which doesn’t reflect on the host at all, was that we weren’t aware it was the "off season" in the community. I purchased a weekly pass for the amenities, but unfortunately, many were closed during our stay. I wish the community staff had provided clearer communication about that, but again, this had nothing to do with Patrick or the quality of the home. Overall, I highly recommend Patrick’s place and hope to return during peak season to enjoy everything the community has to offer!

I had a fantastic experience staying at this Airbnb! The space was exactly as described, clean, stylish, and very comfortable. The host was incredibly responsive and welcoming, offering great local tips and making sure we had everything we needed throughout the stay. We had a wonderful stay at the cottage on the lake. Beautiful property with a few special unexpected things too. The hot tub over looking the lake was perfect for the chilly mornings and evenings.

We had a great stay at Malka's place. Beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking/grilling, and the hosts were very responsive. The outdoor space was beautiful. We utilized the beaches, pools, and equipment rentals in the community and had a relaxing weekend. Most amenities were a 5-10 minute drive from the house. Unfortunately the hot tub wasn't working and we wasted a lot of time trying to fix it (disappointed kids who were really looking forward to it). Overall we had a great stay.

Wonderful experience! The place had everything we needed and then some! The location was perfect, just steps from the lake and pool at Big Boulder Lake Club. The outdoor deck wrapped around and gave us so much room to sit, spread out, and relax. The gas grill was a bonus so we could cook out. There was even a cornhole game that we set up and played on the deck. Can't wait to come back and stay here again.

Great family ski weekend! Views are amazing with close location to 2 ski areas. Very clean and cosy with everything you need a comfortable stay. Jonathan was a great host, very responsive and welcoming. Highly recommend for a Pocono ski get away.

We stayed here for Memorial Day weekend! The view of the lake, mountain, and pool from the balcony was absolutely stunning and peaceful. The condo looks exactly like the pictures and even better. We rented a boat and went fishing on the lake which was very relaxing. The kids loved the pool and all the activities at the Boulder Lake Club. Megan and Duane are amazing hosts. Great communication from the time of booking until checkout. Very helpful and accommodating. The condo was very clean and nicely stocked with everything needed. We truly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to go back!!! Thanks Megan and Duane for an amazing stay!!

We truly enjoyed Sharon's place! Its very clean, with great surroundings and so many little thoughtful details. The balcony faces the pool which is very convenient. Rule pools are quite strict ( have to drop off pick up entry bracelets every time, no kids in warm pool/spa). Great restaurants nearby!

Amy has an amazing property. Everything was beautiful, we had plenty of linens. We had a grill night and she had plenty of utensils (cutting board, knives, etc.) so we didn’t have to worry about buying those things, friendly community, steps away from the pool and the lake, I can’t recommend this place enough, thank you Amy!

We really enjoyed our stay at this comfortable and perfectly located condo with a beautiful lake view. It was very roomy with plenty of space for all guests. Joanne was an excellent communicator, proactively providing all of the information we needed for a smooth checkin and seamless experience. My family and I enjoyed our stay, very clean and neat space and the host was kind and responsive.

This home was perfect for us. Beautiful location, quiet but right near the pool and hot tub - gorgeous view of the lake. The home is beautifully decorated, was spotless and had great attention to details like coffee pods, tea and water bottles. Plenty of towels, comfortable beds and a large tv in every bedroom. The only downside was we weren’t allowed to use the wood burning fireplace but that is understandable. Maria responded quickly to every message we exchanged. We would love to stay here again.
