Studio on the second floor of a beach front residence in Lacanau Océan. Very bright studio with balcony and direct ocean views with stunning sunset every night. The beach is opposite at a few steps. Residence slightly off-center from the center, about 200 m (quieter). Shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, ice cream shops and cafes are not far away. You can get everywhere on foot. Private parking space (badge). Linens are not provided, so provide: - Towels - Pillowcase x2 - Duvet cover - Sheet cover of 90*200 x2 or sheet 160 x1 For the BZ: - A sheet 90 - Pillowcase - 1-person duvet cover There is a capacity for up to 3 people in the apartment. The bed is a pull-out bed that folds up to make a bench, so it is a double bed for 2 people. A convertible Bz 90 bed (Bultex mattress) for one person. Mattresses changed mid-June 2022

Micro-maison cosy avec jardinet privé, sans vis-à-vis, idéale pour un séjour paisible. Le logement est entièrement indépendant, situé sur le terrain du propriétaire, dans un quartier résidentiel calme. Draps et serviettes fournis. Stationnement gratuit dans la rue. ⚠️ La location se trouve sur une propriété privée. Par respect pour la tranquillité du lieu et des hôtes, aucune personne non mentionnée dans la réservation ne sera admise sur place, même brièvement. Merci de votre compréhension.

Completely renovated by us, we made sure that we could see the sea from everywhere in the apartment (yes yes, even from the shower ...)
