Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Lac de Créteil

The place is perfect if you're visiting as a tourist. We were out all day exploring Paris and basically only came back to sleep. The kitchen and bathroom are very small, but if you're staying just a few days, they are functional. The kitchen was a bit dirty, but other than that, everything was just as shown in the pictures and description. As for the location, the area is quiet and nice, though it is far from the city center. However, if you use public transportation to get around, you won't have any issues.

My daughter and I had a fabulous time in Paris and Claudine’s space added to the enjoyment. It was very secure and very clean. Claudine was very responsive. She was also very helpful and sympathetic as we navigated a taxi strike making travel to the airport for our return flight almost impossible. With some luck we did make it.

Die Wohnung ist eine Oase in der Stadt. Wir haben uns mit zwei kleinen Kindern sehr sicher gefühlt und die Ruhe nach dem Ausflug in die Stadt genossen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und sauber. Für die Kinder war alles notwendige und Spielzeug vorhanden. Die Metro ist in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, von dort fährt man ca 20 Minuten zu Notre Dame und weiteren Sehenswürdigkeiten. Besonders gut gefallen haben uns die schönen, gemütlichen Terrassen! Mit einem Frühstück vom Supermarkt unten im Haus ein toller Start in den Tag. Direkt an der nächsten Ecke ist ein Park mit vielen Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder. Also perfekt für eine Familie, um Stadt und Spiel zu verbinden. Aber auch ohne Kinder sehr schön, es gibt 3 Arbeitsplätze für mobiles Arbeiten! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Excellent séjour pour moi. La proximité du métro et de l'hôpital ainsi que le centre commercial fait de cette adresse un idéal point de chute. je recommande à tous ceux qui cherchent un endroit idéal à Créteil et environs

A lovely apartment exactly as advertised. Watching the TE sparkle nightly enchanted us! Communication was friendly and immediate, the neighborhood lively and walkable. We would love to return—the proximity to the Tower has spoiled us!

Очень хороший ортопедический матрас , спать было очень комфортно, подушки качественные и мягкие. Чистота . Квартира была очень тихая . Это позволяло спокойно отдыхать после экскурсий . Хозяин Jp- безумно добрый , дружелюбный, отзывчивый , вежливый и очень заботливый человек . На любые вопросы быстро реагировал и отвечал . Это жилье заслуживает только высоких оценок . Я очень рада и счастлива оказаться в таком прекрасном и уютном месте . Спасибо . Рекомендую обязательно )))

Laurent’s place was in a great location when you don’t want to stay right in Paris, but it is easy to get to Paris. Metro is just a short walk away and pretty easy to check in, check out, and it was very nice to get the french experience. I would stay here again!

Meine erste Erfahrung mit Airbnb und dank Phillipe war mein Aufenthalt toll. Es hat alles reibungslos funktioniert. Am letzten Tag ist uns ein Missgeschick passiert so das wir was am Bett versehentlich kaputt gemacht haben, Phillipe war so zuvorkommend und wir durften ohne Probleme weiterreisen. Ich danke mich hiermit nochmals an diese tollen Gastgeber.

Es war eine sehr schöne saubere Unterkunft mit allem, was man braucht. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist genau vor der Tür. Außerdem hat man mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ganz in der Nähe. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war wunderbar

Gemütliches Studio in ruhiger Umgebung für ein paar Tage Paris - angenehm kühl an heißen Tagen. Die Gartenterrasse ist auch angenehm, um etwas Sonne zu genießen oder draußen zu essen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, wir haben sogar zwei Stück selbstgebackenen, superleckereren Kuchen geschenkt bekommen. Empfehlenswert für den Preis.

Séjour parfait dans une maison impeccable, propre et très bien équipée. L’endroit est calme, agréable et conforme à l’annonce. Le propriétaire est très réactif. Je recommande vivement cette location.

J'ai vraiment aimé l'appartement. Mickael a rapidement résolu tous les problèmes que je lui ai signalés. Une excellente option pour un ou deux voyageurs.

Nous avons passé un agréable sejour . Quartier calme et reposant. le réveil avec le chant des oiseaux. Nous reviendrons si l'occasion se presente. les hôtes très agréables.

Небольшая и чистая студия. Всё необходимое для проживания есть. Находится в пеший доступности до трамвая, который ведет в метро. Хозяин был отзывчивый, и по нашей просьбе он принёс необходимые вещи.

The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

Die Lage war sehr ruhig, ganz nahe von DER U-BAHN. Selbst die Wohnung war sehr sauber, es war alles dabei, was man braucht. Einziger Minuspunkt war die Dusche.

Que dire de cet emplacement… INCROYABLE!!! C’est encore plus beau en vrai! J’étais un peu craintive vu que je voyageais en solo mais pas du tout; super sécuritaire comme endroit! Et Kazumi, ben on voudrait tous l’avoir dans notre famille! Elle m’a même offert des petits gâteaux au départ 🥰 Je recommande fortement cet endroit. J’espère y retourner un jour! Merci!!!

Zunächst, ich bin neu hier und habe keinerlei Vergleichsmöglichkeiten. Wir waren 2 Pärchen für 3 Nächte in der Unterkunft. Es gibt eine Toilette in dieser Wohnung, was in der Regel ausreichend ist. Die Bäder sind etwas ungerecht aufgeteilt. Im großen Schlafzimmer ist eine große Dusche direkt auf dem Zimmer. Das ist definitiv die bessere Wahl. Das kleinere Schlafzimmer hat nur indirekten Zugang auf ein Bad welches sehr klein ist und eine Minidusche hat. Das reicht zum duschen aus, komfortabel ist allerdings anders. Das Wohnzimmer ist riesig. Die Küche ebenfalls. Leider gibt es keinen Geschirrspüler. Braucht nicht jeder, sollte aber Standard sein. Platz dafür wäre reichlich. Die Teppiche im Wohnraum haben keinen guten Halt auf dem Betonfussboden. Grad vor der Küchenzeile war das nicht ganz ungefährlich. Die Wohneinheit hat keine Klimaanlage. Grad zur Sommerzeit ist das ungünstig. Die Aussicht ist unbezahlbar. Blick über die Stadt traumhaft.

Asunto oli hieno, tilava ja rauhallinen. Se vastasi kuvausta. Majoituimme viikon, joten oli hienoa, kun saimme nukuttua hyvin. Metrolla pääsi hyvin kulkemaan ja lähellä oli tarvittavat kaupat ruokaostosten tekemiseen. Francois oli oikein ystävällinen ja auttavainen. Voisimme yöpyä uudelleen.

Nice flat, was clean and quiet at night. The sofa bed was comfortable. Lovely area with lots of restaurants and bars nearby while not being too busy. Very near the metro so easy to travel to other parts of Paris.
