Saint-Mandé is a quiet, peaceful and secure city To get to Paris: - 10 min walk to Saint-Mandé metro station (line 1 RATP) which serves the monuments - or by bus 86 or 325 (at the bottom of the building). At the foot of my apartment you will find all the shops and the famous Bois de Vincennes for jogging.

My stay at Leocadie’s apartment was very pleasant. The place is clean, full of light and very spacious. You can be in the center of Paris within 20 minutes without paying the city high price or staying in a ridiculously small place. I would definitely recommend.

The apartment is very cool and a nice place to spend time after a busy day in Paris. It’s situated on a nice leafy square with hosts a lively market on a Friday, which was great. Loved the local neighbourhoods of Saint Mandé and Vincennes. The apartment is only a 10 minute stroll to a nice park and lake and also close to lots of great shops, local markets, cafes and restaurants. Would definitely come back. A real gem of a place!

Great welcome from Dominique's dad who was able to give us clear instructions on the areas around the Airbnb (bakery, restaurant, etc.). The apartment is great and very pleasant to live in. For a stay in Paris, it's ideal. 5 min walk from subway.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment! The place is stylish, cozy, and fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing visit. It has a true Parisian charm that made our experience even more special. The neighborhood is excellent — vibrant yet peaceful, with plenty of cafés, shops, and a metro station just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the city. A special thank you to our host, Jean-Charles, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and responsive. We had unusual check-in and check-out times, and he was very accommodating and flexible, which made everything so much easier for us. Highly recommended — we would love to stay here again on our next trip to Paris!
