Very warm welcome by Sylvain in person. Residence secured by automatic gate, parking space. Apartment as described, quiet, clean, well-equipped, with comfortable bedding. A nice little garden, the only downside is that the apartment is quite dark but nothing surprising for a garden level and the apartment benefits from an appreciated freshness in summer. I highly recommend this listing and its host.

From the moment of arrival this felt like a slice of peace in a wonderful bustling old town. We had arrived the same day as a large football match but inside the apartment was a peaceful as you could get and nothing but relaxing. There has been so much thought and life been put into the apartment that made if feel like coming home every night rather than just coming back to a hotel. Nothing but high praise and smiles from us.

The apartment, even though it has no air conditioning despite the 39°C heat, remained very cool and pleasant. The location is incredible, quiet, with a beautiful view of the garden where you can hear the birds singing. The self check-in was simple and convenient. A true haven of peace!

Very well located accommodation, in relation to Toulouse but also in relation to local shops. I was able to park easily, the instructions helped a lot. A little more than we enjoyed the skylight which offers a view of the starry sky in the evening. The host took care to put a rug there to settle in, it was great. A plus for his responsiveness in communication. Thank you.

Lucile's apt was great, matched the photo's exactly and was comfortable and quiet. This has nothing to do with Lucile but mentioning it for those who may not be city folk who are used to homeless people. There were some odd people in the neighbourhood...that being said I never had any trouble. If someone asked for something, I didn't answer them and kept going...but they never pursued.

An apartment that smells clean, something I really enjoyed. They were attentive, available and accommodating. I would like to take this opportunity to mention that there is a bar a few hundred meters away. I only spent one night from Thursday to Friday, and there was noise. Apart from that, it was good.

Charming little flat in the heart of Toulouse! Me and my friend stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed the central location, the view of an old church and to be able to have breakfast and some simple meals at home. Very quiet at night as well!

The space was exactly as in the photos, I really felt at home. I liked everything and it had everything I needed. Excellent location, we walked to all the sights on foot. The accommodation was beautiful, exactly as in the photos! Very clean, well maintained, and tastefully decorated. We particularly enjoyed the jacuzzi, a real plus to relax after a big day. Everything was perfect, I highly recommend it!

A perfect place to enjoy the center of Toulouse. The apartment is located in the heart of the center, but its location in a small street and on the rooftops make it a very quiet place. Comfortable and well-equipped, with of course the very pleasant spa bath as a bonus.

A fantastic stay in the countryside! The place offers a magnificent view that invites you to relax and contemplate. Martine is an absolutely charming host, always ready to make our experience memorable. I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy a peaceful and welcoming setting.

Very nice apartment and patio! Valérie prepares small touches for us on arrival, it's very nice (cool water, tea, coffee available, all the kitchen necessities to cook). Not to mention the luxury of the soft bathrobes, and the dream bedding!!
