Our cottage awaits you in a little piece of paradise, a preserved and quiet place. You can enjoy private swimming, family-friendly activities (hikes, soft lane by the Eyrieux River, water hiking, kayaking canoeing, mountain biking trails from the vacation rental, etc.). My place is close to family-friendly activities. The house is perfect for couples, families (with children). There is the crocodile farm (5 km),the Château de Grignan(20 km),the Ardèche gorges (20 km), leisure base with its beach ( 2 km), water ski lift (5 km). Electric banne store with its remote control. Comfortable cottage in southern Ardèche located in Berrias-et-Casteljau on the edge of the Le Chassezac River and close to the Bois de Païolive. Located at the gates of one of the most beautiful natural sites in France : the gorges of the Ardèche with its famous arc bridge and UNESCO world heritage cavern. On site : swimming, canoeing, hiking, mountain biking, climbing. As a reminder : sheets and linens are not provided (optional).

Surrounded by trees and with a green wall; it stays cool even when temperatures rise. You have, if needed, a fan in the bedroom above the bed and another to position to cool you down. It has a HOT TUB in operation from June 30 to September 15. It is a 3-minute walk from the Ardèche River. I provide bed linen, towels, toilet paper, shower gel, garbage bags, sponge and dishwashing liquid, a tea towel, salt and pepper.
