We loved staying at Susanne's place! The home is quite big and spacious with high ceilings. The location is excellent and walkable to everywhere in Zona Colonial. The kitchen was well equipped. We appreciated the many fans around the house because it was super hot in DR! The A/Cs in the bedroom were excellent and they do get nice and chilly (always remember to keep all doors and windows closed). The washer/dryer were wonderful to have (although be a little careful as it is right next to the beautiful pool). Susanne was helpful and always ready to help (e.g. offering to bring additional equipment when the wifi wasn't strong in the dining room area). It was also a nice touch to have cleaning service stop by one day. Beds and pillows were super comfortable. We also felt very safe. A little noise on some nights from next door music but nothing too bad. Bathrooms were spacious (hot water always came back even when shower was running for a little while). Highly recommend! Beautiful home!

Very responsive and awesome host. Was greeted by his mom and another family member. Nicest family you would ever meet and I appreciate them letting me use their place. Great location as it's close to the colonial zone and Malecon areas. Will definitely use again.

Nice clean apartment in a very good location, just 2 streets down from the cathedral and main town sqaure. Only the bedroom has A/C but it worked very well and quickly.

5 stars – Beautiful Apartment & Great Host! I had a fantastic stay at Juan Antonio’s apartment in Piantini, Santo Domingo. The space was absolutely beautiful—clean, modern, and exactly as pictured. Juan Antonio was incredibly responsive and made the entire check-in process smooth and stress-free. The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to the mall and nearby grocery stores, which made everything super convenient. Whether you’re in town for business or relaxation, this spot is perfect. I’m already looking forward to returning again soon. Highly recommended!

Even the small touches — like having oil in the kitchen, a washer right there, and décor that made the place feel like a home away from home — meant the world to me. It’s easy to forget the essentials, but this host thought of everything. The home’s comfort, warmth, and attention to detail left me feeling like I was exactly where I needed to be. Great location in the center of the city- walking distance to restaurants and supermarket. Secure location- guarded entrance, private parking and front desk receptionist. Friendly and welcoming staff.

Excellent. The apartment was very nice and centrally located. You could easily get anywhere on foot or by car. Albania is an excellent and kind host, and always responded quickly. A very good service. Thank you for everything Albania and maybe see you next time.

Honestly I am not the kind of person to give much reviews and I have done it its been fast and whatever. In this case I wanted to take my time because I really did like the way Sammantha responded to every question right away, made sure that I was conformable from my arrival till the day I left the apartment. In reference to the building and the apartment parking is great, felt secure and had everything was close including a "Colmado" grocery store right across the street. I will for sure be back on my next stay in DR!
