This was a marvelous, magical place to stay. It was away from the hustle and bustle and was very peaceful. The place was so nice that we almost didn’t feel like leaving it to look around lake como. As the house is on the edge of the lake we often liked to sit outside read a book accompanied by the lapping of the waves. The decor of the flat was tasteful and unique and the whole feel was luxurious. recorecommend this place more

Guilia is an incredible host, contacting me at all appropriate stages from post-booking, pre-arrival and right before I was due to depart. The apartment is exactly how it looks in the listing. I was shown around on arrival, and was allowed the chance to do my own thing or visit their farm. Sadly, I travelled to so many places that I struggled to find the time to do that, so maybe next time. The neighbours are wonderful, friendly and welcoming, too. It was great to have the chance to meet them. The surroundings are stunning, with lots of greenery and a view of the river and mountains. There’s sun in the morning on one balcony, then, in the afternoon you can switch to the balcony in the bedroom. Fantastic options to catch the sun if you wish to stay There are plenty of amenities. I have a restricted diet so cooked for myself in the kitchen. There are plenty of local shops and supermarkets to choose from, too. Overall, I recommend this accommodation. I’ll be back!

We had an amazing experience staying at Massimiliano’s place. The location is ideal if you’re exploring both Milan and Lake Como – especially if you’re driving. There’s free and spacious parking, which made everything super convenient for us. The area is beautifully rural, with fresh air and scenic wheat fields all around. I even got to enjoy some peaceful morning jogs in the countryside – such a refreshing change from the city. The room was fantastic – very spacious, stylishly renovated, and equipped with everything we needed. It even had a sofa bed, so it easily accommodated the three of us. The main bed was large and super comfortable, and the interior design felt modern and cozy. Massimiliano also provides great facilities like a microwave, fridge, and simple breakfast options, which were perfect to start the day. Overall, we really loved our stay and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a calm, comfortable base near Milan and Como!

Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt bei Rita und ihrem Mann. Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr individuell, mit ganz viel Liebe und unzähligen Details eingerichtet. Unser Zimmer war groß, wir hatten ein eigenes, sehr großes schönes modernes Badezimmer direkt neben unserem Zimmer. Auch war es möglich noch ein drittes Bett aufzustellen. Und es gibt auch zwei sehr schöne, bepflanzte Balkon, in die ich mich verliebt habe 😉 Rita ist eine ganz liebe, freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wir haben es wirklich sehr bei ihr genossen. We really loved our stay at Ernesto and his wife’s place. They are very kind and welcoming. We enjoyed being at the pool, enjoyed the hikes near by and ate wonderful food at the local restaurant just down the street (4 minutes walk). The rooms are very beautiful and has a small kitchenette which was very convenient for us travelling with a baby. It was easy to just make a quick pasta at home when we didn’t want to go out for dinner. The little village has a butcher, a convenient store with fresh bread and a bar with a icecream place. It’s a perfect place to charge your batteries. Note that there is a long staircase coming from the parking lot to the house. Not a problem for us (even with a baby and a million things 😅😁) but could be good to know. They just built a new room in the garden and that way you don’t have to go on the stairs. But the main house is so worth climbing those stairs 😍 everything is newly renovated, clean and just perfect! We even got to do some laundry.

Ein echter Glücksgriff! Das Haus liegt am Ende der steilen Straße, nichts für Lauf-Faule ;) aber schon der Weg offenbart die wunderbare Aussicht! Die Gastgeberin und ihr Sohn sind sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit (Danke nochmal für die ganz flexiblen Frühstückszeiten 🤲). Die Wohnung unter dem Dach ist sehr gemütlich, man kann sich das Abendessen auch in den Garten tragen und dort mit bester Aussicht genießen. Der Garten toppt jede Unterkunft, die ich bisher besucht habe. Vom Haus aus kann man direkt in den Wald wandern, klettern, Gleitschirm fliegen oder die vielen kleinen Orte am See besuchen und schwimmen, dazu ist man am besten mit dem Auto unterwegs. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Märkte gibt es in der Nähe reichlich. Wir waren wirklich begeistert und haben es sehr genossen, bei euch zu sein.
