Thank you for a wonderful stay. The house was spotless, had everything we needed, and looked better than the pictures. Both the kids and adults enjoyed the amenities and we did not want to leave. I would highly recommend having your morning coffee on the back deck. The peaceful scenery, chirping birds, and morning sun is a great way to start your day.

Clean, affordable, and safe

Our family complely enjoyed Erin's generously sized house. The indoor pool was one of the amenities that really drew us, and it didnt disappoint! Beautiful, warm, clean and the entire pool area was welcoming and comfortable. Besides that there are so many other activites; these are shown accurately in the photos. The adults enjoyed the pool table area very much in the evenings. Though we never got to using the home theatre, it was a very unique and appealing space. In general all was in good repair in this home. We loved the comfy beds and pristine linen. The kitchen was well thought out and very organized, with plenty of pots, dishes, glasses soap etc. This was a great locating to bring the family together. We would love to return again!

Koroush was an excellent host. He accommodated an early check-in and late check-out for our family with young kids. He was extremely responsive, and the description matched our experience at his home. The home was very clean, had all the basic things you need (coffee maker, cutlery, dishes, pots/pans, toaster, etc). Everything was easy to find! Would stay here again! :)

A very nice and well equipped property. We had stayed in nearly all of the airbnbs in Sandy Hill. This is by far the best place including the location, parking, ease of access, lots of rooms and space in property, nice furniture, bathrooms and beds. All round a great place.

Nice, clean place to stay! Easy to check in, host was very responsive. Nice to have 2 bathrooms and nice laundry service on one floor. Close to all major stores, restaurants and very easy to get to downtown Ottawa. Would stay here again!

Terrific location and nice setup in the house. A separate living room space in the home was bright and easy to close off for some extra quiet for remote work. Good espresso maker. Restaurants in walking distance. And groceries a short drive away. Great access to westboro beach and riverfront trails. Brenda was very responsive and communicative. We enjoyed our stay!

Group of athletes who enjoyed the location, the proximity of the infrastructure, the storage space, the kitchen amenities, the quality of the mattresses, the size of the patio to welcome us and the garage space to store our bikes.

The bungalow was adorable and very well appointed. In a very quiet neighborhood, very walkable with lovely yards and very near the Experimental farm- also very walkable. Warm, friendly neighbors and a great friendly restaurant 100 steps away! the house had everything we needed, the bed was so so comfortable and communication was fast and friendly. Absolutely stunning setting and a very clean and well appointed rental. Charming vibe and super cozy set up. Amazing master suite and also very comfortable secondary suite. My family all felt “right at home” and we would definitely consider returning on our next visit to the Ottawa area. Jumped in the Ottawa River on May 18th and can attest to the cleanliness of the water and the nice sandy beach! Exceptional place to relax, refresh and recharge! We were a masters xc ski team in for some races and the House and Host were amazing. The house was cozy; they had the fire going for our arrival and the kitchen was set up to cook for our large group. The host was very attentive to help us get to where we needed to go during the snow storm, digging us out every day. The house had a wonderful character about it and made us all feel comfortably at home. We will rent this place again for our next trip/race to the area.

We had an extraordinary stay, the house is huge, very well equipped, very clean and what can I say about the location and the view!! There are chickens and rabbits on site as a bonus. Communication is easy with Josée, she is very attentive! Go ahead, you won't be disappointed!!

Great place in a good location, walking distance to several nice restaurants and bars. The house is quite spacious, with plenty of parking. Hosts were attentive and quick to respond to queries. The carpet upstairs is a bit old but the rest was clean and well-furnished.

Great property with several amenities!

A great place in a great spot. We visited at the end of December so it wasn’t an ideal time to use the awesome backyard and walk the neighborhood but we enjoyed what we could and it’s probably incredible in the warmer months. Kal was responsive and super helpful. The kids enjoyed having a separate area (as did the adults!). We would stay again.

We stayed 2 adults and 4 children. Everyone had their place and were very comfortable. The accommodation is very well located, near the Cascade mountains and Edelweis. Everything was as described and very clean when we arrived. The kids loved playing outside and the parents really enjoyed all the amenities in the place. We would recommend it in a second.
