Holiday rentals with a patio in La Tuque

Excellent location in the lower city for those with 1 vehicle. The parking space is a real plus. In a modern building, the apartment does not overlook Avenue Charrest and is therefore relatively quiet and allows you to open the bay window that overlooks the balcony without fear of traffic noise (very dense on this axis). Very clear, well-equipped with cleaning products available, nice furniture, comfortable bedding (although, from my point of view, the sheets are a little small for the size of the bed…), beautiful bathroom with large walk-in shower. 1 beautiful room at the entrance to leave suitcases, coats, shoes… extremely practical. Many shops (including 1 excellent bakery a few steps away and 1 grocery store), restaurants, bars nearby. Despite the presence of many homeless people and/or drug addicts, we never felt unsafe. Hosts are responsive and respond quickly to questions. Entry and exit in simple places.

It’s a beautiful place yo stay. You will find a supermarket two minutes away from the place. It’s 8 minutes away from Montmorency Falls and 12 minutes from Old Quebec . Clean and with all the amenities to have a great trip.

We spent a few days in Mathieu's accommodation and we recommend it 100%. The accommodation is warm, accessible and 25 minutes from Quebec City by car. At the foot of the slopes for the winter, it's great. Here we took advantage of being able to go hiking in the nearby Jacques Cartier National Park The accommodation is peaceful and pleasant. In addition, dogs are accepted, which is a real plus. There are shops close to the accommodation as well. Everything was perfect.

We were lucky enough to stay at this cottage and it was an exceptional experience, thanks in large part to Nancy and her spouse, hosts of rare kindness and exemplary dedication. Upon arrival, we were greeted with warmth and kindness. Always available and attentive, they did not hesitate to lend us personal belongings, to help us in different situations and to ensure that our stay is as comfortable and pleasant as possible. Their generosity and hospitality really marked our time here. Beyond their incredible helpfulness, they are people of great sympathy, with whom it is simply nice to exchange and share moments. Thanks to them, our stay was even more memorable. We will come back without hesitation and recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a beautiful place with exceptional hosts. This home offered more than just a place to sleep; it provided an experience. The highlight was undoubtedly the sunrise and sunset. Each morning/night the windows framed a breathtaking spectacle of colors, transforming the room into a vibrant canvas. The positioning of the house along the water maximized this natural asset, creating a sense of tranquility and escape. Beyond the view, the apartment was clean and well-equipped. Looking to experience this place again and the beautiful French community that makes the town even more appealing.

Beautiful, comfortable and private cottage. Nature and the river offer beautiful views and the interior layout of the cottage offers spaces conducive to relaxation and contemplation. In short, a real little paradise to get away from everyday life! Not to mention that Valerie and Dustin are caring and warm hosts.

Beautiful!! The house as well as the outdoor space were perfectly adapted to our needs as we travel with our two shepherd dogs. The kitchen is well equipped and comfortable for 4 adults. The photos and description are as promised. The host is friendly and quick to answer our questions. Access to the river and proximity to walking trails are a plus!! We highly recommend:)

This is an ideal place for a quiet getaway. Everything is exactly as advertised and the property is beautiful and private - tall cedar hedges on both sides guarantee privacy. There are no stores or restaurants in the immediate vicinity, but there are major grocery stores and pharmacies a short drive away - everything you could possibly need. The home itself is immaculate and well equipped, and the host is friendly, proactive (we were late arriving and he called us, concerned that we might be lost), and easy to reach. This was possibly my very best Airbnb experience. Great value for a quiet private escape from the city. Looking forward to returning for a longer stay.

Nathalie is really deserving to be a super-host with 5-6 stars , she is always responsive and proactive , the apartment is clean and everything is available , location is amazing with easy checkout , the surrounding is super cool at summer , my family like it as well , for sure this is my preferred place in the upcoming visits to Quebec city

Eric was very responsive, providing instructions, answers to any questions, as well as recommendations to stuff nearby! The condo was also very cozy, having everything you need after a day exploring. The patio especially was relaxing.

Very nice apartment arranged and tastefully decorated. Everything was perfect. Located 15 minutes' drive from Old Quebec and right next to Montmorency Falls, we had a very pleasant stay there. i highly recommend this listing.

This place is fully equipped with all the cooking utensils, so we felt comfortable like we were at home for three weeks. It was nice that there was a golf course nearby, and there were walking trails around the ski resort, so we spent time healing naturally while we were there. The accommodation facilities were clean and nice.

Really a great stay, everything was perfect! The accommodation is new, clean with all amenities. Near restaurants with a good morning coffee. Having my little dog with me was clearly a plus! Definitely would recommend 😊

If you’re looking for an immaculately clean place to stay - stay here! The apartment was absolutely clean and well furnished. In fact - Alyson had the best mattress & pillows I’ve ever had at an airbnb, very comfortable. A small recommendation for the future would be for the bed frame to be changed to a metal instead of wood for more durability. I would certainly book again when visiting Quebec City.
