Beachfront holiday rentals in La Trinité

This was our first trip to Martinique. Having visited Saint Martin last year, I wanted more French but less cruise ship tourists. This fit the bill and then some, although I’m sure we felt a bit “cruise ship” to some. First and foremost, Kevin has been incredible this entire process. I probably required a good bit of guidance and he was very kind, accommodating, and helpful. Communication was immediate and efficacious. When we got to Martinique, his mother was there to show us the property and was a very gracious, informative host. We arrived on a Sunday evening during Carnaval which was an extra challenge for getting either groceries or finding an open restaurant. She gave us great advice and set the tone of the week. The property is as beautiful (or more) than the pictures. We didn’t want to be in a town or on a crowded beach. There is so much to do in a short, drivable distance and you actually get to discover the community as well. I can’t say enough great things.

Week of May 10-17, 2025 in Carbet. Great location! Close to bakery and Petibonum restaurant and Neison rum shop. Beautiful view and proximity to the sea! Place near St-Pierre and Morne Rouge to do a lot of sightseeing! Bring water shoes because there are pebbles up to 5 meters away in the sea. Very long beach for walking without sargassum. Nice apartment and full of amenities for the beach. Well-equipped and functional kitchen. Maybe there should be an outdoor shower to remove the sand when coming back from the beach. Jocelyne and Denis' welcome is very warm: garden avocados, homemade juice and absolutely delicious banana doughnuts! The house is very nice, there are plenty of cooking equipment, the other side beach is 300 m away, a balcony overlooks Trinidad Bay where the sunset ti punch is a must. Jocelyne also took us to an ornithological outing full of discoveries and walked us to Pelee, a wonderful day I highly recommend

Wow! 🤩Julien’s place is absolutely amazing 🏝The peaceful vibe, extremely clean pool & hot tub, big yard set the tone for full relaxation . The bedrooms are in between a well equipped kitchen. 😊Each bdrm has ensuites & mosquito nets for comfort .It’s perfect for couples, friends, or families with kids. The setting is private yet welcoming—you're next to the hosts, but have total space. Jungle (the sweetest dog)🐕 and their 4 cats 🐈added so much charm. Lounge chairs to soak up the sun .In evening-the lit pool, hot tub, ocean breeze & tree frog sounds made it feel magical. 🤩we were given fresh eggs & Julien’s homemade baked CANOLÈS! Conveniently located closely to 3 grocery- liquor stores & restaurants .Tartane is a very short drive , lots of beaches ⛱️ Julien by far is the best host we've ever had in all travels.🤩 I’m beyond grateful to have stayed here and met this kind family. 🤩We honestly wanted to stay longer! Dont hesitate, if inquiries ask Julien —you’re in great hands.

I had a great stay in Sylvie and José's villa basement. José welcomed me, and was very flexible with me! The accommodation itself was superb: very well decorated, well located, with exclusive access to a terrace, an outdoor hammock and of course the pool with sea view! I enjoyed my stay!

We had a pleasant stay in Aurélie's studio. Well located in Tartane to get to the beach in just over 5 minutes and also to discover excellent restaurants. Then Tartane is a good starting point to shine on the rest of the island. The mezzanine is the big highlight of this rental, an ideal cocoon for a couple. The bed is nice and the mosquito net is welcome for those who are afraid of mosquitoes. Even if overall we were not too bothered by mosquitoes (outside the mosquito net) during our stay, probably thanks to the period when we came. I recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay! Upon arrival, we were greeted with warmth and kindness. The garden and pool offer a real haven of peace, surrounded by Martinique nature… We immediately feel like we are on vacation. Thanks again for hosting, we recommend this place without a second thought!

You can stay at Armelle's with your eyes closed. An exceptional welcome (meal prepared for our arrival + essential groceries waiting for us in the fridge). The house has a lot of charm, with elegant decor. The terrace area with the living room and the pool is just exceptional. Armelle is very caring, accommodating, and the house is a little paradise. We'll be happy to come back!

Our stay at Villa NALA was wonderful - beautiful surroundings, peaceful, and relaxing. The house had everything we needed on hand, and was a great place to explore the island from, not too far from anywhere. The pool was a huge plus and it was nice to have such easy access to the water, some local restaurants, and some nice hiking nearby. Highly recommend a stay here!

Enjoy your 5-day stay at Maureen's apartment. Easy but very functional and clean. In case of need, we could contact Maureen or the co-manager whom we did not meet but who were friendly and responsive. I recommend it.

We had a great time at Delphine and Grégoire's. The accommodation is super cozy and very functional, the bedding is quality. The bathroom is beautiful! And the whole kitchen, outdoor lounge area are very pleasant and functional. The hot tub is really nice, especially at the end of the day, after a program of hiking or swimming in the sea (with magnificent views of the mornes of Martinique) and very nice pool adjoining the accommodation. Thank you so much for hosting us and your responsiveness.

Zen paradise. A wonderful stay, beyond expectations. The house is spacious, conducive to a real local life, to cook with family or friends, to share beautiful moments or to live a zen vacation. The beds are comfortable, the bedrooms are quiet. And what could be better than falling asleep to the sound of the waves? Washing and drying machines are definitely a great plus. And what about the garden without transition on the beach?! Simply happiness, whether for a dreamy breakfast, a grill lunch (yes, there is a functional barbecue), read under the coconut trees or a midnight bath in the hot tub. The kindness of the host, Jean-Marc, adds to the magic of the place. And we understand that he has thought of everything and planned for an exceptional stay for guests. It is also a rich source of ideas and recommendations for a unique vacation. Jean-Marc responds very quickly and efficiently to all your needs and requests, whether it's the house or not. We'll be back!

The location of the apartment is very convenient- the beach, shops and restaurants are a few minutes walk away. We greatly enjoyed the view over the water and appreciated the good air conditioning. We visited many distilleries during our stay in Martinique. Tartane is centrally located on the island so that we never had to drive more than an hour. We also loved that Tartane isn’t overrun with tourists (lots of locals) and has a relaxed atmosphere - we felt right at home.

we had a very nice stay the accommodation is ideally located with magnificent beach view 5 minutes walk no smell of sargassum maldres their presence. However small hitch with the barbecue resolved quickly the outdoor furniture is outdated and it is still missing some sun loungers

Lovely place to stay in Trinité.

For me the stay was very nice. Alexandre and his wife with their son are very nice and friendly people. Very fast contact, and the information I needed was clearly explained. The room and terrace are comfortable for two people. The garden, birds, cicadas, the surrounding nature, close to the beach and ocean, bars and restaurants, and the place is very quiet. That was the most important thing for me. I send hugs to the family and hope to see you soon.

Excellent stay especially due to the place of the accommodation. Very functional accommodation with its nice outdoor terrace. The bedding is quality. We were able to enjoy the beach right next door 30m away. The sound of the ocean is soft and very nice. We even had a whale show in the bay. Thank you Marie José for your responsiveness on the flexible shower. We're so glad we spent 12 days in this home.

Had a great stay

Ideal house for a stay with children! The kitchen contains what it takes, the two bathrooms are not too much and the garden, with trampoline and cabin, made people happy. The house is in very good condition and all information is available. The two caretakers of the house adopted us and come to be pampered. We won't hesitate to return.
