The place is a bit cramped but the spacious balcony and amazing views more than compensate for the small room. Affordable, this is a good deal! Walking distance ro the Baguio Craft Brewery, and Mana Cafe.

I stayed on Jary’s for my birthday and I can say this is so far the best accommodation I’ve stayed. Very clean, spacious and the building is new. The place is also quiet and has great nature vibes. 🩷

It’s the first time I’m gonna say that a place looks even better in person. The pictures don’t do the space justice. It’s one of the biggest one-bedroom units I’ve been in. It was so nice to hang-out in a spacious dining/living area. Would love to stay again.

Our stay here was wonderful! The place looks exactly like in the pictures, and it is indeed right in front of Good Shepherd and a few minutes walk from Mines View. Host was responsive before and during the trip - even when there was a power outage, also check-in and out was easy to contact. Parking available for our large van, location was great and about 10 min drive to the central area but also quiet with a lovely view. House was clean and cosy for our large family of 8. There were more than enough plates and pans to cook and eat. Toilet had water heaters. Apartment was on level 4 though so might be inaccessible for those with mobility issues. Other than that we enjoyed our stay :)

this is the 2nd time we stayed in one of the host's units and once again, had a really great time. we chose this unit as it was not in the center of the city hustle but still accessible and near if we want to visit the city attractions. the caretakers were very responsive, kind, and they gave us good advice on what to do in the city. the building was quiet and easy to locate, with cafes, marts, and restos around. the room was spotless, smells nice, and has all the amenities we need. i was hesitant at first cos i get really bothered on a hot day and the room listed only a ceiling fan, but it did the job perfectly and more. overall, this was a satisfying and hassle-free stay, the perfect option for a restful and comfy baguio stay we want. we will definitely get one of the the host's listings whenever we come back to baguio. thanks for hosting us again!

We really enjoyed our stay, the unit is very homey, peacefull surroundings, everything is good inside, the linens are fresh, toiletries are provided as well as drinking water. The view of sunset from rooftop is stunning. Host is very proactive and responsive. Thank you so much!

Summer's place was superb! It offered a perfect blend of peace and quiet while being conveniently walkable to all our destinations. We'd definitely book it again on our next Baguio trip.
