The listing is well located and matches the listing. On the other hand, the accommodation would need a little refreshment and maintenance but for the price it is reasonable.

The house was superb - spacious, smart and very well-equipped in every respect. It has a lovely pool, pool house and poolside lounging area, which our children and grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed. Its location in Saint-Palais-sur-Mer is great, with one beach (Plage du Platin) within easy walking distance and others (Grand Coté, Bureau and Nauzan) just a little further away. There is a good boulangerie (which serves pizzas in the evening) and a seafood supplier just 5 minutes walk away. We would be very happy to stay with Catherine again and thoroughly recommend the house.

Fab place. We loved the use of the kayaks, and the pool was great. Very comfy beds. Kitchen was very well equipped. Only a 6 mins drive to a hypermarket and very quiet roads . Tony was very helpful and friendly. We would come again. Thoroughly recommend.

There is a plancha, our son was able to make us enjoy his talents as Maître queux. The nickel chrome pool. Bath towels. Deckchairs. For the kitchen, there is everything you need. Pots, cutlery, plates, etc. A small corner with toys that our 4-year-old grandson has used well... Everything is perfect, thank you Marine.

We have just returned from a lovely family holiday at Flavien’s place. The accommodation was perfect and had everything we needed - all as described. Flavien’s family were very welcoming and so helpful during our stay. We definitely hope to come back!

We had a great cousin weekend!!! The house is great! Same as the photos. There is everything you need to have a good time, swimming pool, billiards, foosball, brazier... we had a great time. We had a great time in this very well located accommodation, beautiful decoration, perfect amenities. The bedrooms are spacious with storage, super convenient kitchen with excellent equipment. The neighborhood is very quiet and close to all amenities. One particularity to note if you book this cottage is that the two bedrooms located on the ground floor do not communicate from the inside with the rest of the house. It all depends on the age of your children. The rooms on the ground floor are very good for adults or young adults because their access is independent. Short perfect stay 👍🏻

Check-in is facilitated by the key box system. No disappointment with the listing, it matched the description, just one thing to add is that this one is very well equipped. It felt like home. An excellent stay at the Cabane d'Eté with everything we could need, impeccable cleanliness and a very good welcome by Chantal. Anthony and Aurélie were very responsive in preparing for the arrival in the accommodation and with very clear instructions. We highly recommend this rental for a small getaway with friends or family!

Very nice stay at this family home. Access to the beach is ideal with children, no need to take the car. Everything is designed to host a family. Pleasant sea view in the living rooms. Very easy communication, was able to meet our needs. We'll be happy to go back!

There are homes that we like and forget, but at Janick's, it's different, we like, we love, we appreciate the home, and above all, we don't forget it. The hosting was very warm. The house is extraordinary; it is very well arranged for people with reduced mobility. We were superbly welcomed. Everything was perfect. Janick gave us very good addresses for visits and restaurants. We highly recommend this host. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to both of you.

Manon's house is in the first place Manon and Anne with whom the power immediately went well; as if we were renting the house from someone we have known for a long time. It is an exceptional location at the foot of the Pont d 'Oléron from where you can easily radiate throughout the region. A peaceful community, inhabited by real world! Impasse du Canton, rue du Prier and bakery two minutes walk away! Market on Wednesdays and Sundays, two minutes away. Well-equipped kitchen to live in French and mix local and fresh produce. It was even able to cook a tasty pigeonau with a twinkle. Small peaceful garden, with south facing terrace, sheltered by a tile roof where we had our lunches and a few dinners at the end of April. Highly recommended! Thank you Manon and Anne!

Great group stay! We had a wonderful stay with friends at this place. The house is spacious, clean, well furnished and perfectly in line with the listing. Each had their own space, and the common areas were ideal for sharing good times together. The neighborhood is nice and well located, with all amenities nearby. Anne Laure was available. We highly recommend this accommodation for a group stay, and will be happy to come back!

Clean and as described. Sebastien responds quickly and kindly to our last minute reservation, which is very nice. Small downside on extras (linen) which is in our opinion expensive and makes the overall rental price too expensive for this small accommodation.
