For a mother-daughter reunion, we couldn't have found a better place! The apartment has a magnificent view and is very well located; the large beach is at the foot of the building. The accommodation is very functional as for Aurore and Angélique, thank you for your warm welcome and responsiveness.

Jean-Pierre and Joëlle's apartment is ideally located 10 minutes' walk from the wild beach of Tanchet, in a quiet cul-de-sac with a parking space to park your vehicle. Very clean and comfortable, this studio has an outdoor table to sit and eat. we really enjoyed this stay where we were very well received. we recommend this cozy nest in this beautiful city of Sands!

We had a great stay at Manon's, the accommodation has all the necessary amenities, it is very well decorated and above all ideally located near the beach, accessible on foot. The seafood platter service is absolutely delicious. We will come back without hesitation Thank you for everything

The house is absolutely in line with the listing. All the comforts are there to accommodate a family or friends (kitchen equipment, games and accessories for children, barbecue and smoker). The land is beautiful, very well maintained by Cathy and her husband. In addition, Cathy was very welcoming, attentive, sharing, always ready to answer the slightest question with a smile and the utmost precision. And finally, a big thank you to her for the afternoon spent gently removing splinters from our little Eden's hand. We'll be back for sure!

The listing description was as we expected, all the amenities were present and functional. the most: step-free house and fully fenced.. easy for children and the elderly and the dog:) Nearby: bakery, market, children's play area and at the edge of a small arm of the sea! Excellent stay in this studio, you'll find everything you need, it's super clean, Line is very friendly and welcoming, her recommendations were valuable, the location is ideal, and I was able to find everything I needed within walking distance. Perfect for recharging and slowing down! One thing that could be improved: the mattress, for sensitive backs. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice accommodation, very clean, right in front of the sea, quiet; light basement perfect when it's 30°... close to the Arago neighborhood and its market, restaurants... we'll remember it for our next visit.

We had a great time at Antoine's place. Everything was as described, a very warm environment to feel at home. A terrace that is a plus on sunny days. The parking space and the bike room are really assets when you know the difficulty (and the price) of parking in Saint Martin. We strongly recommend!
