Incredible house for a family reunion, there is all the desired equipment. It was happiness! Fully equipped for children. Bedding kit quite expensive to rent because not provided (€28 per person), but we brought our own linen so no problem for us :) It was a great stay thanks to this dream house!

The accommodation was simply the best! The photos are beautiful, but once you're there, it's even better. There is all the necessary equipment to have a good stay and the bedding is very comfortable. We had a wonderful extended weekend with friends in this exceptional house. The 180° view of the ocean is simply breathtaking, hard to get tired of! The accommodation is very well equipped, perfectly suited for relaxing and enjoying the stay. The city is charming, ideal for walks, and the nearby beach has supervised areas, which is reassuring, especially for families. Everyone loved it, we'll be happy to come back!

Exceptional! The house is a marvel: the decoration is neat, the quality of the equipment is excellent, the pool and jacuzzi integrated into the garden and terraces are a moment of relaxation and pleasure. Wild Dunes was even better than we expected. Clean, bright, airy with good size rooms and air conditioning in the main rooms. A beautiful garden, with a great pool, loungers and furniture plus outdoor games (petanque court, chess, darts, table tennis). 10-15 mins by bike to the local boulangerie and port. 1 hours walk to the lighthouse which was great with the dog. Clara and Pascal were lovely hosts. Always willing to help and make suggestions, without being obtrusive. While it was not an issue for us and only my opinion, the garden is great for adults and older children but not what I would call 'foolproof' for young children or 'excitable' dogs. Various steps, flagstone paths with pebbles and only a small grassy area offer some risk of accident. Having said that the pool was great, with good safety features and our dog had a great time communicating with the other dogs and there was plenty of room at the front and sides to sniff around. So maybe I'm over thinking it.

Kasia and Anthony's house was perfect for our weekend with friends. The land is huge, well maintained. The pool and terrace are very nice. And the rooms are very comfortable with excellent bedding. The house in its likeness is really tastefully decorated and we would have stayed a little longer! All communication with Kasia and Anthony, and with Sandrine on site, went very well, everything was simple and smooth. Thank you very much

We spent several days with the family in Julien and Sandra's villa. It went very well. The house is very nice, well-equipped, spacious. The terrace is perfectly furnished. The neighborhood is very quiet, the first beach 150 meters away is ideal with young children and access through the forest to the other beach is easy with in addition to games for children and the possibility of eating or refreshing on site. Leila warmly welcomed and advised us. The exchanges with Julien and Sandra were very simple and friendly. We'll be happy to go back!

A fantastic property with plenty of room to be comfortable and relax fully. The outdoor space is fantastic for groups and provides both daytime and evening capacity. The inside of the house is nicely turned out and offers plenty of room for even larger groups; kid-friendly too. The only frustration with the property was the outdoor shower by the pool, which didn't work properly. However, as we had one of the bedrooms spare (which was by the pool), we could get the kids washed off there instead. The local area is beautiful and wonderfully peaceful; enough amenities to be self-sufficient in the house, as well as enough restaurants and evening venues nearby if you want to venture out. Overall, a wonderful place and a wonderful property - merci beaucoup Joulia!!

Beautiful, large, well laid out and tastefully decorated house. Terrace with a very pleasant reclosable pool. Close to the center of Ars. We had a great week there with 9 people.

The space is impeccable. Inside, there are many beds, spacious living room. The kitchen is really well equipped, full of board games. Outside, the covered pool is obviously a huge plus. There are also outdoor games for children (cabin, swing, trampoline) and for older children (ping pong table, petanque balls, foosball, darts). We went with friends and loved our stay. Alexandre is very accommodating, and Corinne, who welcomed us, is adorable It was perfect!

Great stay at Clément and Caroline's house. The house is even more beautiful and spacious than the photos show. Several outbuildings provide privacy, the pool and garden are beautiful. The house is in a small hamlet 10 min by bike from the Cotiniere, which works very well! The only downside is the neighbors are close by. Communication with hosts was very easy and pleasant, check-in and check-out was flexible. We loved these 3 days, we recommend eyes closed.

Madeleine is very welcoming, she is very accommodating for schedules. The house is very well located, close to villages, restaurants and supermarkets. The pool and jacuzzi are a real plus for rent. I highly recommend it!

Very pleasant moments with friends for a bachelorette or bachelor party. The swimming pool, the calm. Everything was there for us to spend time sharing and resting. Everyone was happy. Hosts are super nice and easily reachable

Beautiful home in Loix. Walkable to town center for the market, restaurants. Loix is quiet and peaceful and the busier villages are easily accessible by bicycle. Pool is lovely. Would happily stay again!

Our stay at Emilie’s place was great! The house is very clean and modern with a lovely garden area which was perfect for our little one. 10 minute walk to the beach was perfect. Lovely quiet town which was walkable from the house. Great location to get to nearby towns. We couldn’t use the pool unfortunately due to it being very cold, I would be mindful booking this time of year again as the heating was not on in the pool. Would have been great to have this. Emilie was a great host, very responsive to our questions and very accommodating. We would come back again as a family for sure. Thank you for having us.

The accommodation was really good: very clean, well located, comfortable and perfectly suited to a weekend with friends. We had a great time there with the indoor pool, petanque court, ping pong table and foosball. Communication with the host was responsive, which is appreciable, although it sometimes seemed a little intense before arrival, with several messages close together to get information. This may have put us under slight pressure. Responses were generally sent quickly, and sometimes at a late hour. Despite this, everything went very well on site and we have very good memories of this stay. We would definitely recommend this listing.

I recommend it 100%. Very spacious house, all the comforts you need. Only the barbecue has run out of time. It was just missing fans (one for the whole).
