It is located on the ground floor of the villa (pool ground floor) . It is in a villa. In a fenced property, you will taste the sea air, the squirrels in the fir trees as well as the convenience of an active village with its port and shops. You'll love my place because of its location , comfort and calm with the sound of the sea too!

pretty refurbished studio, very bright facing south, bay window overlooking the pedestrian street and the sea, in the heart of the city with all amenities nearby...the beach is 100m away. the studio is on the first floor with a double secure entrance. Listing is rated 2 stars . At La Tranche sur Mer, parking lots are charged from April to September, I give a card that allows you to park for free in the "Stella maris" car park 100 m from the accommodation.

For a real vacation

This house is our vacation home, we have a great time with our 3 children and we would like it to accommodate travelers passing through the Atlantic coast... The house is nicely located, 5 minutes from the beach and the city center. It is at the end of a cul-de-sac, very quiet. All errands can be accomplished on foot or by bike. The 400 m2 garden is enclosed and wooded. There's a parking spot. Ideal for a stay for families or groups of friends.

350 m from the sea! Hyper Center – Everything on Foot!

All cute! All redone! Located 350 m from the beaches and a stone's throw from the shopping streets of the city center, in a quiet cul-de-sac without cars. Our holiday cottage is bright, warm and functional, a cozy little nest for 2 people. Time for a break or for a few days of vacation. You park around the maisonette and after all is on foot! Possibility: 2 adults + 1 child able to climb 50 cm steps (contact us).

Small townhouse near forest, 500 m from Les Conches beach, surfing, pool from May to September. Bed linens for the room included in the rental price. Pull-out sofa in the living room (sleeps two people), provide sheets for small beds 90 x 190, duvets and pillows. Not included in the rental. Possibility to provide sofa bedding on request (€5 per set). Towels are also available on request (€5 per person) No Wi-Fi
