Holiday rentals with a fireplace in La Suze-sur-Sarthe

House was perfect and quiet, Host was amazing, easy to get in touch with, and made us feel welcome when staying. Will definitely book again.

Unfortunately, we were only in the accommodation for one night. But we would have liked to have stayed longer in this accommodation. A very friendly hostess and a top accommodation in a very nice area. We can't do any more. We'll be back any time.

We chose Constance’s place as our base whilst travelling from Gloucestershire to watch the LeMans 24 hour race. The advert and pictures describe the place perfectly and almost don’t do it justice. It was most definitely peaceful and surrounded by nothing but beautiful farm land. The outside space in the late evening is particularly peaceful. One of the highlights is that it’s only 15/20 minutes from the outskirts of LeMans so plenty of access to the modern things we are all use to. Would most definitely stay again and recommend it to anybody.

Pleasant small house (usually inhabited) with wooded land in a quiet village near forest. Modern and pleasant decor and good services. High price for a single room but maybe it's normal for a week of the 24 Hours of Le Mans.

Spacious, quiet, very well decorated house is well equipped for a perfect stay. If we pass through the region again, we will return without hesitation.

Rose is a great host, warm and caring about our well-being. The cottage is beautiful, it is tastefully decorated, nothing missing. The bedding is perfect. The place is sublime for an absolute rest. I recommend Rose's cottage without a second thought.

Nice house, tastefully furnished. Beautiful antique furniture, nice piano in the living room. Large shaded plot equipped with garden furniture. Very quiet. Really matches the photos and the description on the site. Address to be recommended.

i had a nice stay with Jean Pierre who is very friendly and welcoming, I came to rest and it is the ideal place, the place is superb with biquettes, kittens , small birds...and the forest next door, a healing... i highly recommend it

We enjoyed indeed our stay at Yann's place. The apartment is spaceous with high ceilings, very clean and bright. It's very close to central Le Mans with the old city and plenty of restaurants in walking distance. We were lucky to find a free parking spot in rue Auvray. Yann was quick to get back when we had questions. I would clearly recommand Yann's place to travelers to Le Mans.

Two of us stayed for 4 days. It was a comfortable room with one headroom and one sofa bed.

This is the 5th time we have returned to this studio, always with the same pleasure, which is proof of our complete satisfaction.

You can book without a second thought… We had the pleasure of being greeted by Jennifer and her husband, friendly and warm hosts. The accommodation is spacious, with everything you need to have a pleasant time. As for the outside, what can I say, everything is there to make the most of the outdoors (and the barbecue, a little extra that we inaugurated and greatly appreciated)

My stay went very well. Reine was lovely and very responsive when I had a question. An ideal quiet accommodation in the countryside to rest. Thank you for the breakfast and the fireplace on the way to my arrival in the accommodation.

A place I would recommend. Close to the quiet circuit. The house is big enough for 8/10 people. The pool is a plus. Can't wait to go back!

We had a great weekend in Seiches-sur-le-Loir in this beautiful home. It is spacious, very well decorated, perfectly equipped and ideal for a stay with others — there were 10 of us and everyone felt comfortable. The garden is perfectly maintained, and the view from the sunset terrace is simply splendid. A real moment of serenity. A big thank you to Matthieu and Nathalie, attentive and warm hosts. A perfect cottage for a group weekend, with its very pleasant exteriors and all its available amenities (swimming pool, football, table tennis, etc.). Excellent stay at Jean Marie and Nadine's! They are very friendly, very available and very accommodating. The house is tastefully renovated, very well equipped and functional for a large family.
