Modern Beach & Golf Villa in Playa Nueva Romana (New Roman Beach)

This well-appointed, stylish home features a private pool, terrace, and access to the beach club (including use of the golf course). Spend the day sunbathing and swimming in the sea, then retire to the villa for dinner and a soak in the Jacuzzi. On the 1st floor, the villa has 1 bedroom (has queen size bed), a full bathroom, modern style fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and living room (full size futon available) where you can either watch a movie or have a drink and just sit back and relax. For your convenience there is unlimited WIFI and 2 televisions with over 140+ channels in both English and Spanish. The 2nd floor consists of 2 bedrooms (one queen and one king sized beds), each with their own bathroom. The terrace off of the master bedroom is very spacious and has a large hot tub. The second bedroom has a smaller balcony perfect for getting some fresh air as you start the day. Outside, in the manicured backyard, you’ll find our pool (and pool floats), a BBQ grill, 2 lounge chairs and other seating. We are here to help you and want to ensure you have a memorable stay so don't hesitate to contact us. We have staff that can assist you with anything you may need. Make use of the lushly landscaped Playa Nueva Romana complex, including one of the Caribbean's most prestigious golf courses, plus basketball and tennis courts and a children's play area. Relax in the sun while sipping a margarita from the Beach Club. The 24/7 gated, secure complex is only 45 minutes from the Santo Domingo International Airport and 15 minutes from La Romana International Airport. Nearby are Casa de Campo, La Romana, San Pedro de Macoris, Bayahibe and Juan Dolio where you can book day trips, excursions and other activities. *Our electric, 6 passenger golf cart is available for you to rent on a per day basis. The cost is $35.00 (USD) per day and if rented, it must be for the entirety of your stay at our home. This is a great way to get around in the complex when the weather is just a little too hot to walk around! *Please Note: We have a strict no pets policy (with the execption of ADA and FHA certified service animals). Pets are not permitted anywhere on the property, even temporarily, without our prior written approval. If a pet is found on the property, a $250 fee will be charged whether or not there are damages caused by the unauthorized pet.

Serene Tropical Getaway with a Pool and Golf Course Views

Take a refreshing dip in the swimming pool surrounded by the beautiful garden with views of the golf course views. The house boasts a vast vaulted wooden ceiling with windows above the spacious living area. The tasteful white and blue color palette is enhanced by its beautiful surroundings. Three of it's 4 bedroom have views of the golf course. Centrally located 10 min golf rides from both the Minitas Beach and the Marina. The house includes a golf cart and a staff of a maid, houseboy, and butler. The house provides great internet connection in every room. As the pictures can attest this is a well kept family vacation home. We take great pride in our villa. Their are 4 bedrooms with 7 queens size beds. Each room has it's own bathroom. The house is on the country club golf course offers incredible sunset views. It has a pool with heated Jacuzzi. I can be reached any time by phone or email. The villa is in a peaceful Almendros neighborhood within the exclusive Casa de Campo resort. It’s close to the Marina, the country club, and Minitas beach, but still offers great privacy and tranquility. GOLF Cart included with house

Beach, Private Pool and Garden

The villa has a private pool and is surrounded by a private garden and coconut trees. it's a beautiful beach house, with all the commodities to pass an excellent stay! Tracadero Club is a beautiful beach club! ! it's just in front of the house and you as my guest have free entrance during the stay. Public beach: 12 mins. walking (no sargasso). In Dominicus you find restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream shops, groceries stores, etc. I can help you with transportation from or to the airport :)

The location is in the heart of the town and close to everything.There is a small sand and rocky beach just in front of the suite, perfect for an early morning swim but take swimming shoes as the rocks can be hard on the feet. You could also go for a 5 minute walk to the nearest local beach. There is a small restaurant in the same level where you can enjoy drinks and food right in front of the ocean or if you wish, room service.
