The apartment is exactly as described. It's small but well laid out. The neighborhood is quiet . It's easy and nice to walk to the inta-muros. The entrance to the apartment is through a lockbox, but Isabelle cares about whether everything is going smoothly. We had a very pleasant stay in Saint Malo.

This is a characterful apartment .. stylish and comfortable. The welcome was first rate ; we felt able to relax and enjoy the ambience of St Malo . The Boulangerie below the apartment is superb , and there were good local bars and eateries nearby . The location is very convenient for the great beaches . Very well located apartment, in the city center of Dinan. Very clean and functional! Nearby parking, cheap (about €5 per day). I highly recommend it for those who want to visit Dinan and its surroundings!

The stay at Laurence's went very well. The apartment is well located in relation to Saint Malo intra muros, quiet. Parking for the car is very convenient. Only slight inconvenience to the terrace with a lot of opposite but overall we are very satisfied!

Well decorated, with a certain character. Very clean and equipped. 3 floors to climb anyway! Overall, I highly recommend, The loft is also very close to the beaches.

The accommodation is faithful to the photos and very clean, which I really appreciated. Nothing special to note except that it is an old building so very low sound insulation and it is in poor condition. However, the apartment is in good condition so it's quite acceptable for a few days. In addition, the apartment does not overlook the street and it is not noisy or busy, so this limits the noise. It's good for a few days 👍 Good communication with Chrystèle as well.

Excellent weekend spent in Dinard in this very well-appointed studio with its small terrace overlooking a pleasant private garden of the residence that overlooks the beach with its direct access, great! Ideal location for the various walks around Dinard. Very friendly and smiling welcome by Patricia upon our arrival. Afterwards, Christian, the original owner of the city gave us valuable information to improve our stay, in addition, a very nice person. Very nice stay and very nice place.

We spent two nights in Léa's apartment. She had kindly provided a high chair for the baby. Great communication and anticipation of needs. Super comfy bedding. Small grocery store very appreciable. We highly recommend this address.
