Excellent apartment, very well located, beautiful view, very comfortable beds, in general everything you need and clean.

What a wonderful home! Very comfortable and clean and quiet. Neighborhood is located in a residential area, near public transit and walkable. Plaza closeby has a small grocery store with all the essentials. Would highly recommend this place!

Mariela has Sergio as a co-host. I had already stayed in a depto de Sergio and through him I reached this depto. Sergio is an excellent host and Mariela was very accommodating. The depto. is very well located, a 4-minute walk from the Open Kennedy and Parque Arauco. It is at an important junction of Santiago and with excellent arteries to move around. It has everything you need to have a very good stay and everyone is spotless (the appliances: coffee machine, electric pava, toaster, hair dryer, etc are in perfect condition). The environments are very comfortable and everything is clean. The view is a wonder!!!! Definitely a place to return. Thank you Mariela for your kindness and thank you to Sergio and Coti for their excellent attention!!!

Gloria's apartment is exceptional. Super comfortable and functional. Everything was impeccable and it was equipped with everything a family needs. Gloria communicated very kindly, giving precise instructions for entry and exit. The concierge and garage people are also very attentive. The place is quiet, very close to the Parque Arauco mall, which you can walk to. Highly recommended!

Staying at Felipe's place was the best part of our trip. I'm sure that if we had stayed anywhere else, we wouldn't have had the same experience in Santiago. We spent 8 days there, taking our time to explore and enjoy the neighborhood — it was amazing! And the view from the balcony is absolutely stunning!

Excellent location. Downtown area and with access to public transportation. A Carabineros station is very close, which adds security to the street. I would definitely go back to his apartment.
