I loved it, I would return without hesitation, we felt at home

The apartment has really met expectations perfectly. The photos posted are real, the interior and exterior are very well maintained, modern and clean. Thank you very much for the availability in handing over the keys in person and well before the appointed time.

The accommodation is extremely well located with sea views. It is 2 minutes from the beach and 20 minutes from Peniscola Castle. The "Consum " shopping mall is also within a 15-minute walk. The accommodation is air-conditioned which is a comfort and a necessity in the middle of summer if you want to sleep well and rest. Spacious, well-equipped and very pleasant home. The residence is cleaned every day so very clean. Two downsides: the entrance to the accommodation can't be before 6pm (so you lose the day on Saturday. The ideal would be to be able to access it around 2 p.m.) and the parking lot which is taken by the first to arrive. There are almost never spots available. On the other hand, it is possible to park outside with a subscription of 35 euros per week. That's what we did. Raquel is very responsive , very attentive and always available. So don't hesitate to go, you won't be disappointed👍 We will definitely come back 😀

This is the second year I've stayed here, because I really liked it and the stay was very pleasant. The only downside is that it rained this year, but the weather is what it is. Everything was great.

The apartment is as it appears in the photos. Spacious, bright, brand new. The terrace overlooking the beach and the sea is wonderful. The windows close very well and insulate from possible noise. It is in a very quiet area about 20 minutes' walk from the center of San Carlos de la Rápita. It has supermarkets nearby. A highly recommended apartment to spend a few quiet days by the sea. In the surroundings there are many places to go on excursions, both in the Ebro Delta and in the nearby Sierra del Montsia. What I didn't like is that Holidu is an app similar to Airbnb. I would have preferred to contact the owners directly through Airbnb and not through an intermediary app. The way to enter the apartment was through another website that had to be accessed to open and/or obtain the access code. On the one hand it is comfortable because you do not have to meet the owner, but on the other it is a bit cumbersome every time you enter the apartment.

Very cozy accommodation, close to downtown. A quiet area. There was no shortage of detail. It is small but very cozy. The weeping responds to the moment.

We stayed 2 weeks for 4 people in Marina's apartment. It was exactly as described. The apartment comfortable and clean. Since the outside temperature was high, the air conditioning was extremely appreciated by everyone. Another very positive and practical point: the use of the washing machine. The apartment is conveniently located in the city: on foot, we are really close to downtown and the port. It is easy to reach the beach by car, ample free parking is available. We were always able to park within a minute walk of the apartment (free and close proximity appreciated). Communication with Marina was easy. She was responsive, understanding, and always there to answer our questions. We can only recommend Marina's place to discover the area.

Both Rosa María and her husband were very attentive, they explained everything about the accommodation and the area in detail and were available for any questions. We were delighted

The apartment is ideal,practical,simple and well cared for. Compliance with everything you need. Has A.A in the dining room and in the double room ceiling fan,super quiet. No noise from neighbors. We had a terrific experience! The apartment was very nicely set up and made us feel at home right away. Centrally located with access to nice restaurants, shops, marina, and the beach. Mingo was very friendly, helpful, and gave us great tips on fun things to do. We highly recommend his place!

Nice large and new apartment with plenty of room to spread out. Walking paths, easy access to sports spaces (soccer, tennis/paddle, bicycle, golf, basketball, workout equipment). Easy drive to good grocery stores and markets (mercats) in lovely nearby towns, beaches, hiking trails. Gorgeous drives amongst the orange and olive orchards to and from. Several of Spain's "pueblos bonitos" are within an 30 minute to 1.5 hour drive. A little isolated, as shown in maps; with that bit of isolation comes quiet and tranquility. Gleb is perfect host: attentive, thoughtful, responsive, and kind. Thank you for hosting us! We very much enjoyed it.

Spacious apartment for family of four like us. Bright, comfortable, beautiful, with everything you need to feel at home. Spotless in cleanliness and tidiness. The communal spaces of the very manicured community, the pisicinas a wonder that we have thanked on the return of each excursion. The village is quiet and with all amenities. The location is fantastic both for a beach vacation and for getting to know the area that has a lot to offer. The best is undoubtedly the host, Pilar, and her family, her husband and daughter Sara, charming, very attentive and with details and care that we are very grateful. Absolutely recommended.

We spent a week at Javier's apartment, we had an incredibly good time. As for the apartment, it was like feeling at home since it did not lack detail, in addition to being clean and tidy. The premises are super quiet and well maintained. Javier and Romina's (contact person) service was very good from start to finish. We'll be back!

THE TERRACE AND THE GREAT LOCATION

Even before arriving, Victor Manuel communicated with us in a very close and friendly way, with a great willingness to help in every way possible and make our stay as pleasant as possible. The apartment was exceptionally clean and was even better than what was shown in the photos, much more spacious and with everything you need to enjoy a few days of vacation. We had an excellent stay and we are sure that we will repeat!
