Overall a wonderful place to stay, especially for two couples/four travelers. Excellent communication throughout the whole process. Everything you need is supplied in the kitchen- a couple of groceries stores close by. Really enjoyed hanging out in the living room during down time. If you need to do any work, the wifi is good. Big dining table if needed. Lots of cafe/ restaurant options within just a few blocks, many of which are ethnic. Note that if you leave really early morning (or get home late evening) the Passage gate is locked. To leave the flat, you will have to take the elevator to the second floor and then take the stairs down to the green door exit. The person who checks you in will explain how all the entryways work. No big complaints, but if you’re used to heftier pillows, that’s not always the case in Paris. Hotel prior to Airbnb also had thin pillows. Definitely enjoyed our stay and would recommend highly!

Lovely apartment with delicious restaurant and bakery below. Walking distance to other great restaurants, bars and shopping. Close the US Embassy. Easy access for Uber pickups. Walking distance to Lafayette Galleries mall shopping, Vendome Louie Vuitton store, Ritz Carlton and more. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

We had an outstanding experience at this beautifully refurbished apartment in Bourg-la-Reine. The space is impressively clean and comfortable, featuring cozy beds and a large TV perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The location is ideal: just a 2-minute walk to the Bourg-la-Reine RER B station, providing quick and easy access to central Paris and major attractions. Despite its proximity to the city, the neighbourhood is peaceful and quiet, offering a welcome retreat from the bustling tourist areas. Our stay was very nice. The accommodation is perfectly in line with the listing, it is clean, comfortable and very quiet. We particularly appreciated the proximity of the transport, in particular the RER A, which greatly facilitates access to all the must-see sites of Paris via the metro and bus. The hosts were responsive and caring, which made our experience even better.

We had a lovely stay in the gite. The big garden in the back was wonderful for the kids and dog. The house had everything we needed and more during our bouldering trip. I hope we can come back again.

Very responsive and friendly hosts, nothing too much trouble. Our favourites were the sun trap patio, the hot tub, the pellet heater, and the children's / teenage play area upstairs The bedrooms are lovely and big but there was nowhere in them to put anything on (make up, creams, combs, jewellery etc) , like a dressing table or a shelf.

We had a great time at the house. Really can recommend.

Great apartment, only five minutes to reach the train. So easy access to Paris. Clean apartment with all necessities. I was very pleased!

There are usually two types of places on Airbnb, there houses for rent and there are homes. This is second type, it's somebody's home owner let you to stay. Place has a lot of stuff, garage full of instruments and tools for creative people, kitchen is probably the most equiped I ever saw anywhere, I had to learn how to use thermomix for ex. Cookware is expensive and in full supply. If you can't cook anything on that kitchen, you have no business cooking at all. Oh and every single item in house has QR code with short video of how to use it! Trampoline is also awesome, kids were spending hours there! Location is great, you have a lot of shops nearby, in walking distances, as well as tons of restaurants. Great place, highly recommend! We've been in 60+ places in recent 2 years and that's probably first 5 stars we giving.

We were delighted with our stay at Armandine's with 3 toddlers and a baby. The house is very nice and stays cool when it's hot outside, very well equipped especially for families, and was spotless when we arrived. Communication with Armandine was very smooth. The place is very quiet and protected while we are in the city center so close to shops and the RER station, so very convenient.

Just a few minutes' walk from the station, the location is both quiet and convenient — with fast food options and a delicious bakery nearby, it was a perfect environment. The address was clear and accurate, making it easy for our Uber drivers to find without any issues. Inside the building, everything was spotless. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped with a variety of dishes, the refrigerator was large, and the bathtub offered plenty of room to relax. We are truly filled with gratitude. What made this place truly exceptional was the fact that there were six private bedrooms — something quite rare to find within central Paris. On top of that, the host kindly arranged an additional mattress in another room, allowing all seven of us to stay comfortably. It's so comfortable and nice Highly recommend

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

There is not much to say here. Both the apartment and François were simply great. I have rarely met a landlord like him, who responded so quickly to questions, generally prepared everything so perfectly and proactively asked if everything was in order. We were completely satisfied.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again.
