House holiday rentals in La Presa

I am a San Diego local, but my family was coming to town and we needed more space. I picked this place because I knew my sister and brother-in-law would love being able to walk to all the restaurants and brewery nearby and my 6 year old nephew would get a lot of use out of the pool. The place exceeded my expectations, it was perfect for everyone. We spent a lot of time in the backyard swimming or playing board games, and my Mom got a lot of use out of the hot tub. Communication with the host was excellent and the place was comfortable and clean. The only downside is my family might visit too often now!

Our home away from home. The property was conveniently located to major stores. It is 30 minutes to the San Diego Zoo, Birch Aquarium, and Sesame Street. The house is very spacious and brings in light energy. Our family loved the beds and comfy pillows which can make or break a vacation. The bathrooms were spacious and worked conveniently with the needs of our family, especially the Bluetooth speaker😁. The backyard was our favorite! Beautiful space during the day with plenty of space for our 3 year old to run. Serene and chill views in the evening. We 100% recommend this property for your family. And would definitely stay again.

We had an incredible stay at Miguel’s Airbnb! The highlight was definitely the pool – it was sparkling clean and well-maintained. Jeff’s place was in a great location in the middle of San Diego. The place was immaculate. He obviously is serious about the upkeep of his property and the happiness of his guests. I contacted him that we would be arriving pretty late on our first night so he made sure to leave the light on for us. Entry was always easy with the electronic locking system. Water pressure in the showers was awesome and we wanted for nothing. Thanks Jeff!

Jessica’s home is beautiful and located in a lovely neighborhood that is close proximity to many things. We came to celebrate the graduation of my niece and Jessica’s home was a great place for the family to connect, rest between events and spend time together! Her home is beautifully appointed and was perfect for our stay. Jessica is a great host who communicates with her guests and is very responsive! Her home is filled with good energy and I would definitely book again! for future family events when visiting San Diego!

The place was clean and well-kept. The 5 rooms had comfortable beds and individual A/C units, adding to the comfort. The backyard was great for hosting. The only minor criticism was the lack of instructions for the fire pit. I managed to turn it on successfully; it produced a strong fire, perfect for cozy nights. There was adequate seating for everyone. Inside, the house felt clean, including the bathrooms. The living room had a large couch and the dining area had a large table, accommodating our group's size. A small improvement would be to hang the towels in the bathrooms to avoid a scavenger hunt. The wifi was down upon arrival and never regained function despite troubleshooting, but my cellular service (T-mobile) was sufficient. The host was very communicative and responsive throughout my stay. I didn’t receive dining recommendations, but it was easy to find places to eat.

My family enjoyed this Airbnb so much! There were a few hiccups with the hot tub but the host was very responsive and quick to help us fix it. If you have a family, it’s honestly the best place! The house is spacious, beautiful, and there’s a beautiful park right across the street. Our children enjoyed this so much they didn’t want to leave. Honestly it was more than we expected. We were pleasantly surprised! We would definitely stay here again.

This place literally felt like paradise. If you didn’t know you were in San Diego, you would feel like you’re in Hawaii! The backyard was so beautiful that we spent the majority of our time out there in the pool, hot tub, and tiki bar! The upstairs patio was fantastic for outdoor eating. The hosts were super communicative with any questions we had prior to and during our visit! We definitely can’t wait to stay again in the future!

Enjoyed my stay here! The location was great and close to a lot of stuff. The bathroom and kitchen were very spacious which I enjoyed. Parking was easy and there was always a spot available in the driveway or front of the house. Overall, enjoyed my stay and the space!

This was my first experience in an Airbnb and I could not have been more pleased. This home is clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a week-long stay! Some of the many highlights: Parking is dedicated and convenient. Kitchen well stocked with a full-sized fridge. There is so much room between the kitchen, living/bedroom and the bathroom/bathroom area! Recliners and bed were super comfortable. TV was easy to use and seemed to have a ton of channels, plus apps like YouTube. Water pressure in the shower was *fantastic* (also the shower head situated high on the wall, great for tall guests). Fast internet connection. Quiet neighborhood. I kept the windows and door open all day while I was there. Lovely patio with a table and large umbrella. Very nice and communicative owners! Most importantly, I felt very safe as a solo traveler. I feel lucky I had the opportunity to stay here and would 100% do so again!

Great Airbnb and very clean , fair price for San Diego definitely recommend staying here great backyard. Only wish there was a tv in at least one bedroom but still gets 5 stars

We got in super late for a short stay, but the space was clean, charming, and very easy to access even late at night. TV was a great size too, and had all the necessary streaming services. Plenty of coffee pods were a perk! Brita with water full in fridge. Overall we didn't really want for anything, it was nice.

It is a great house and we enjoyed a delightful stay at SD. Brittany is helpful and always reply our questions on time. We will come again if possible.

Appartement exactement comme sur les photos. Luis très communicatif et réactif. Entrée autonome facilité. Appartement très bien équipés dans un endroit calme. Le jardin avec les jeux d’extérieurs sont très appréciables. 2/3 petits points d’amélioration sans importance, mettre un vrai rideaux dans la chambre pour éviter la lumière le matin, il n’y avait pas de serviette dans la salle de bain nous avons du les trouver nous même dans une armoire, quelques toutes petites taches sur les rideaux de douches et certains murs de la maison.
