Smoking friendly holiday rentals in La Plata Partido

The location of the property is very good. You have the park in front and there are shops to stock up. We need the apartment for the proximity to the hospital and easy access. The same is spacious and bright, comfortable, has an elevator that enters the property directly with a card. The kitchen is super spacious but being so new, it would be missing to equip a little more with utensils for daily use. It has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms so a family can stay. The pictures do not clearly show all the rooms in the apartment (it is bigger and nicer than it looks in pictures). The times I needed something, Milagros was quick to respond. Something to note, I had white clothes, personal hygiene and cleaning items in both the bathrooms and the kitchen.

The truth is a place that awaits you with love! Every minimum detail is the most. It seems that one enters their house; everything clean and tidy is what you always expect but here you add the details; the decor and the inputs for not only infusions; but cleaning and even the minimum to prepare a meal. not to talk about Veronica's willingness to accompany us in the event.( my daughter got sick) and solve our inconveniences. So q totally satisfied and much more. Thank you. We'll be back

Adalberto was a great host, ready to help and with plenty of suggestions. Was very communicative, responsive, friendly and very helpful. I would definitely recommend the place and you can walk to the center and see all the tourist attractions.

Gina's place was in the perfect location for me. Peaceful and quiet, with spectacular views of the park (Parque Saavedra) and located on Calle 12 with all its great shops and places to eat. The flat itself was absolutely fantastic, with a great kitchen, a balcony, a bedroom with a huge bed, a bathroom with walk-in shower, and a spacious living and dining area. I appreciated the little details such as the Chromecast connected to the bedroom TV and the useful kitchen utensils. Gina was a brilliant host, really communicative and friendly, and the place was spotless. 100% recommended!

Very good stay at home. It has plenty of space in a residential and quiet area but at the same time close to central areas. It has everything you need for a great stay in the city

We stayed 15 days at Sebastian and Sofia's house. It was impeccable, very clean, very well-equipped, very bright and with many good taste details, just as seen in the photos. In the kitchen there is a PSA filter. The grill inside has very good draft. Outside we enjoyed the pool, sun loungers and armchairs, occasionally seeing foxes and hares. Neighborhood is very quiet. They left us an excellent welcome gift, even for our dogs!!! We felt very comfortable during this stay. It is highly recommended. Sebastian and Sofia were helpful at all times. We consider them SUPER hosts!!

Great welcome beautiful property with super nice and quiet pool,clean ,the host is great really , very responsive and lives in two houses in the place so super convenient, I really recommend the house and quinta are super well maintained. Thank you so much for our stay it was great!.

Thank you Facundo for having us at your place. We were right at home. We spent days of sun and pool and rainy days playing in the gallery. We rest and enjoy the park. Spotless Omtido and the larger space than we thought - both the park and the interior. We'll be back soon !!!

The stay was excellent. We stayed 40 days with my family (which includes a child and a baby) and the house was very comfortable and practical for us. It had everything needed for a long stay and the location is very good, in a quiet neighborhood and close to the different points of interest. Communication with Rosario during the reservation was very quick and easy. In addition to all the above, we must highlight the quality of Emilio as a host. At all times she cared that we were comfortable and always responded quickly and with a very good predisposition to any questions. He and his wife and child also helped us with issues that were not linked to the accommodation, demonstrating great solidarity and human warmth. We have been to so many AirBNBs in different places in the world and we have never had such outstanding hosts. We would definitely stay there again.

The property is beautiful in green 🌿 and tranquility. Ideal for disconnecting as a family or friends. The house is in an antique style, if you like, it goes with you. Then the service was very attentive to carry out the agreements we need. I recommend it

Wonderful place with everything you need. The air conditioning works well, and it is quiet from street noise. It is also very spacious with tons of plants that give it a natural touch. However, some small details are that it is a but dusty, the speaker of the projector is not ideal for watching TV, and sometimes you can hear the neighbors. Beyond this, I would happily cone back and stay hers again.

It was a comfortable, nice, cozy and very safe place (it had a key to access the building and a key to the apartment). The description matches the amenities it offers, totally recommended. The place is nice and very clean (impeccable). In the surroundings you can find a variety of shops to supply you for the duration of your stay and the people who work there are very friendly. Juan Manuel is an excellent host, he makes sure you have what you need and are comfortable during your stay. Totally recommended for having fun in La Plata.
