Gabriele is a fantastic host! I was missing a couple of things and he arranged them for me. I also appreciated his local recommendations. The place was as remote as I hoped, yet not as private...low landscape between neighbors. Besides that, I enjoyed most breakfast underneath olive trees, the solid wifi for remote work, and being close (10-20 min driving distance) to many amazing beaches like La Cinta. Thank you!

My family and I spent some incredible days in Sardegna. There is so much to see that we needed a few more days to enjoy the stay more, as it has a private beach and incredible sunsets!! highly recommended.

We spent wonderful days with Simone. The apartment is lovingly and fully furnished. In autumn, there are no neighbors on site, the children had plenty of space to play in the large garden. In summer, it is at most rather noisy and cramped when all apartments are occupied. The small bay can be reached on foot in 3 minutes - our private beach this time of year. In October, restaurants and shops nearby are closed, but by car (which you are dependent on anyway) you can quickly get to San Theodoro. The only issue was the mosquitoes (but they are also found elsewhere). So be sure to equip yourself with mosquito sprays - and book. Fantastic villa with everything you need for a relaxing family holiday. The view out to the sea from the garden is stunning and the pool is perfect for little ones to play at the shallow end. Great communication from host and owner and received a brochure full of recommendations before our stay which was very helpful. Really peaceful and quiet setting, we loved walking to the local beach every day (15 mins) and getting in the car to explore other amazing beaches in the surrounding area. No2 & 3 beaches in Sardinia a short drive away and were spectacular.

The best Airbnb I ever stayed at! I have high standards & don’t get satisfied easily but this one was overwhelmingly great! From the amazing Italian way the house is designed, to the huge private garden & terraces all around the house, the outdoor kitchen with a grill to end the days with amazing dinners, to the super clean & cozy bathrooms, bedrooms & kitchen/living area, it has all I could ask for & even more! My whole family was as excited about the airbnb as me from the first to the last second. Communication was great, we got all the perfect answers to our questions about trips, supermarktes etc., everything was super flexible, also regarding to arrival & departure times. Worth every penny, if you’re looking for a nice stay in Sardinia, with everything you could possibly need, this is the one!

A wonderful villa in San Teodoro, with both a great garden and terrace. Close to a few of the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia, and in great location to explore the east coast of the island. Perfect neighbourhood, spacious villa - which has everything one would need. Definitely recommend!

We had a great time at the house in Punta Molara. The view from the terrace of Tavolara and Molara is truly spectacular. The house was clean and tidy and we found everything we needed. The location makes it very ventilated and never too hot, the windows have mosquito nets and can be left quietly open at night. We came with our young son who enjoyed the beautiful garden and the entire neighborhood very well cared for. You can access in 10/15 minutes on foot to beautiful, uncrowded coves where we snorkeled, even suitable for small children. By car, you can reach other spectacular beaches such as Cala Brandinchi and Coda Cavallo in 10 minutes. In 25 minutes you can reach theairport. To shop thereis a convenience store and bar an 8-minute drive to Monte Petrosu, otherwise you can quickly get to Porto San Paolo. We can't wait to come back to this beautiful place!
