Possibility of garage in the vicinity (for a fee, it is not my property) It has a patio, where the washing machine is located and space to hang clothes. The apartment is on the ground floor, allowing quick access. Total area 34m2. There is no phone signal in the apartment as it is located on the ground floor, there is WiFi. Only one set of keys is provided.

The place is a 10. The view is spectacular, it has the perfect climate. It has the necessary ventilation and heating. The amenities are optimal. The room is comfortable, everything fits in the dressing room and the bathroom was super spacious and comfortable. It has good water pressure and temperature. The living room with the sofa is super comfortable and the kitchen is super easy to use with all the elements that anyone can use. Cutlery, plates, kettle, microwave, oven, pans, grater, potato peeler, everything you need. Finally, the owner was always kind and anything that was needed was taken care of. 100% recommended. Price-quality assured

It is a cozy apartment, for a person or a couple at most. The location is very good as it is close to the center without being in the center. It is a recycled and very bright apartment, just like the photos posted. Franco is very attentive and flexible.

Unbeatable in every way!!! The best place I've ever stayed in Mar del Plata. The apartment is just like (or even better) what you see in the photos. Everything is super clean and with everything you need for your stay. The garage is covered and easy to access. The key to the apartment is its location, two blocks from Olavarria and Guemes streets, gastronomic and commercial poles of the city. In addition, it feels super safe, you can walk anywhere. Pablo and Martin's communication and service was excellent, super attentive and very kind! 100% recommended! We will definitely return every time we visit the city!

Large apartment with an incredible view of the sea. Sofia welcomed us very well, answered all our questions and was very attentive to the check-in and check-out times, which were flexible. The apartment is well equipped for cooking. It has central heating. Even on the first floor, it is very quiet because the windows insulate the sound coming from outside.
