Holiday rentals with a pool in La Paz

The entire stay was wonderful, 10/10! The sunset view from the balcony is spectacular. As an Iloilo local, I can say that this unit is one of the places that has the perfect sunset view within the city.

Second time staying at this beautiful house. It makes a great three day weekend break from Manila. Beach is gorgeous and house has everything you need. We’ll be back!

Your home away from home in Iloilo city. Our host was kind, gracious and super helpful. Home is comfortable and has the amenities we were looking for. We felt right at home, safe and comfortable. I wish we could've stayed longer! Highly recommend and we will want to come back and stay!

It was our second time staying with Ryan. Was able to check in a bit early to drop off our luggage. Love the area as it’s walkable to Festive Walk. Would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

Booked the entire week for my Iloilo trip. Place is at the city - very accessible to a lot of areas. Please is neat and tidy. It is big, more than enough for two people. House has a complete kitchen, good internet, a balcony. a washer where you can wash your clothes too which is good for when you want to pack light. There are two bathrooms - one in sala and one in the room. Heater is available on both bathrooms. TV where you can watch yt, netflix, prime, etc. Overall it was a great stay! will definitely book again as I go to iloilo yearly.

This is my third time at Ms Teng's place. As always, I feel right at home and I'm happy to see the working area again (the chair and table helps in the efficiency of one's work). I sincerely appreciate the snacks and Ms Teng's warm communication. What you see in the photos is exactly what you will get. There's toothbrush kits, soap and shampoo. A TV for those who want to watch Nextflix, YouTube, etc. It has a bunch of streaming selections in case you're subscribed. Plus a nice view of Iloilo City. Thank you Ms Teng for another wonderful and stress-free stay in your abode.

It is always great when you get a host that goes out of their way to make the stay comfortable. Chiechie was quick to respond to the issues faced. Despite facing some initial problems at the unit (plumbing) and lack of amenities (soap/shampoo), the host was quick the try and rectify the issue with maintenance. Always reassuring to have a host like this when you’re travelling for work/leisure.

Had a great stay! The place was clean, cozy, and near to the transport hub, which made commuting very convenient. It’s a nice and comfortable place overall. Would gladly stay here again.

We stayed at this Airbnb for 5 nights and 6 days. The unit was nice and clean. We were also able to use the building’s facilities, and it’s conveniently located near the Iloilo Convention Center, which was the venue for our event. The area is quiet, and the guards and maintenance staff were very helpful. The lobby had a hotel-like feel and smelled really nice. :-) We did encounter a minor issue with the air conditioner, but the host responded quickly and had it fixed right away. We’ll definitely stay here again if we return to Iloilo!

Ms. Kly is an excellent host. We needed change of towels, restaurant recommendations, etc. and she was very responsive and understanding to our needs and concerns from our booking until our checkout. The room was clean and free of clutter or other unnecessary objects, so it was easy to move around the space and place our belongings where we need to. The building was peaceful, and there were no nosy neighbors during our stay. The bldg was quite a walk from the mall since we carry lots of things around, but Grab in the area was thankfully quick and accessible.

Definitely a good place to stay. The location is perfect since it’s near malls and convenience stores. Parking maybe hassle especially at night so it’s better to park early to secure a space outside. The room is also super nice, the appliances you will need are available. Kudos to the Internet Speed as well, I was able to work smoothly considering I need a high speed connection for my work.
