Audra was so pleasant and a wonderful person to work with! She was so helpful and responded immediately to our questions! Highly recommend her house in such a lovely setting! Her home was stocked with everything you could possibly need and very clean and comfortable!

Nice place to stay nice home. Can be difficult to find a place to launch your boat on holiday weekends. We used the public launch area free of charge called the take off point. I recommend this spot and everyone is friendly and helpful to each other there. But the house and boat parking at the house was perfect!

We had an amazing stay at this charming Airbnb! The location couldn't have been better — just a short drive to the river, local bars and convenience stores. The house itself was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed! Greg, our host, was incredibly helpful and welcoming. He went above and beyond with so many hospitable touches that made our stay feel extra special — from local recommendations to small details that made us feel right at home. Highly recommend!!

Nice spacious home in Big River. We know the area and the housing options pretty well and this was right in line. Overall greatly satisfied. We will probably stay again for the off-road races that happen in Parker once or twice a year.

We stayed here for the Parker Dam 500 race and we really enjoyed are stay. The house was very clean and comfortable. The host communicated well and in a timely matter. I would stay here again.

Our Host was very flexible and helpful. We had to extend our stay twice and she was very helpful and accomodating.

Great place to stay with some friends. The owners are very nice and had no problems communicating with us while we were there. Would definitely stay again!

Super cute tiny home. We did not feel cramped at all. It was very clean, beds were firm foam mattresses but very comfortable (I was surprised). Bathrooms and linens were spotless and had plenty of hot water for showers. The pool/jacuzzi were super nice and wish we had brought our swimsuits. We had a great time in the clubhouse playing pool, air hockey and checkers instead. Clean, safe and fun environment/place. We would definitely stay there again in the future.

My family had the best time! Everyone was so friendly and extremely helpful! The host(s) was extremely responsive - we were having issues with our television and they had someone over in less than 5 minutes!! They were also extremely accommodating when we arrived 30 minutes earlier than planned. We were a little worried about how ‘kid friendly’ the resort would be but they made all age groups feel included and I never felt unsafe with my kids being around. The river was within walking distance, actually everything was within walking distance! Another plus, grocery store was only 10 minutes away. The whole staff was beyond respectful and attentive. At one point, we needed dish soap and went to the little store to buy some and the staff said, “oh you should of told us sooner, we will bring some right over”! Sure enough, within minutes we had some!! Would definitely recommend, even to families with children and we cannot wait to visit again!!

Great accommodations, private dock and launch ramp. Easy check in and out. Would definitely book again.

The listing photos kind of make it seem smaller than it is, but this was pleasantly spacious. We loved our stay and being on the water was key. We were able to dock the boat without any issues. We also met the neighbor next door who gave us lots of local tips. If you’re planning to go out at night, contact Dan the shuttle driver. He was great.

Everything about our stay was fabulous! The location on the river; the ease of access; roominess of the bedrooms; the communication with host - all was perfect! My family had a great visit and I’d book again with this host for another trip to Parker. :-) Sheri

SO MUCH FUNNN! What an awesome place to stay. super clean.. it was my birthday and they went out of their way to make me a birthday basket and decorate the bungalow for me. Extremely responsive and flexible. Worth every penny. The sky decks are awesome for the best sunsets on the Colorado River.

Definitely coming back here!
