We had a fantastic week as a family of 10, ranging in age 83 to 16. The space was absolutely perfect for us to spend time together in the lounge and around the swimming pool. Not many places are this close to a beautiful sandy beach with les halles less than 5 mins away by cycle. We loved Les Bois en Plage and highly recommend it for everything it has to offer. A special thanks to Emmanuelle for being such a responsive and considerate host...answering so many of our questions!

A fantastic property with plenty of room to be comfortable and relax fully. The outdoor space is fantastic for groups and provides both daytime and evening capacity. The inside of the house is nicely turned out and offers plenty of room for even larger groups; kid-friendly too. The only frustration with the property was the outdoor shower by the pool, which didn't work properly. However, as we had one of the bedrooms spare (which was by the pool), we could get the kids washed off there instead. The local area is beautiful and wonderfully peaceful; enough amenities to be self-sufficient in the house, as well as enough restaurants and evening venues nearby if you want to venture out. Overall, a wonderful place and a wonderful property - merci beaucoup Joulia!!

A very beautiful place in front of the sea. A very beautiful family home, tastefully decorated, welcoming and in a peaceful place. We walked a lot, in the center of Fouras, accessible on foot. You can go to the island of Aix by taking the boat on foot. The weather was nice. Good memories.

we spent 4 days as a family in Nathalie's accommodation (4 adults, 1 child and 1 dog). Ideally located in a quiet residential area, the beaches are 10 minutes' drive and easily accessible by bike. The accommodation is perfectly functional and very nice. Everything you need is available (from salt/pepper in the kitchen to the pharmacy kit in the bathroom). The terrace is very pleasant and offers several very comfortable relaxation areas. The garden is completely fenced, which was perfect for our dog (dachshund). We loved our stay and would happily come back!

Great stay at Clément and Caroline's house. The house is even more beautiful and spacious than the photos show. Several outbuildings provide privacy, the pool and garden are beautiful. The house is in a small hamlet 10 min by bike from the Cotiniere, which works very well! The only downside is the neighbors are close by. Communication with hosts was very easy and pleasant, check-in and check-out was flexible. We loved these 3 days, we recommend eyes closed.

Great stay at Stéphanie's villa. The hosting was warm and pleasant. The house is superb, very well equipped and the nuxe toiletries on each bed upon arrival offers a real plus. The pool was heated and easy to use. The beach is 500m away and it's easy to walk there. We 100% recommend this house for a weekend away with family or friends! We all enjoyed your beautiful house. We appreciated the artistic style of the place and the relaxed feel of somewhere that is loved very much. We appreciated the design of the place and the inside and outside spaces, the generous amount of wonderful kitchen equipment, the games cupboard, the dartboard, and most of all the wonderful swimming pool was really enjoyed by everyone. We enjoyed the location very much. Being able to easily walk to the daily market, to the beach or to cafe's and restaurants lent joy and ease to our stay. Thank you very much we would love to come back again .

The house was very pleasant, quiet despite the busy street and well appointed for 10 people. The kitchen is well equipped. The outdoor space was much appreciated. We were able to enjoy the barbecue (charcoal to be provided), plancha and the pool. Visiting the island by bike was a lovely discovery, we had a lovely stay. Only small downside: no independent bathroom for the 2 bedrooms that do not have a private bathroom.

The house was big an spacious and was perfect for my & my extended family of 12 adults + 3 children. Kitchen was very well equipped for us to prepare some home cooked meals, especially on Sunday when most restaurants are closed. Appreciate the lovely terrace view which makes this house standout from the rest. I would highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the region.

Lovely and comfortable house. Quietly located on the outskirts of the village. Supermarket within a few minutes driving distance. Everything available in the house and the kitchen. Nice swimming pool with plenty of space to find a sunny or shade spot. Repeatable! In addition, it is good to communicate with Corinne and respond quickly. So top house!

Fantastic modern villa. Great kitchen. Beautiful outdoor space. Accessible to shops, restaurants and a fantastic market. Also very close to the beach We stayed as a family of eight and would love to return sometime in the future. The host Caroline and concierge Romain are super helpful and responsive. We loved Ile de Re - it is so beautiful.

Very nice house, pleasant, comfortable, well decorated and well equipped. The outside is as beautiful as the inside. Very friendly welcome from Estelle, which doesn't spoil anything. Remote village but not far from the beaches and La Rochelle. I recommend it.

We have just come back from a lovely week at this house. The house was immaculately presented and easy to access. Communication was great, prior to and during the stay. The house is a short walk from the lovely town and its market and a short drive from the beautiful Soulac-sur-Mer.
