Kid-friendly holiday rentals in La Mulatière

We had a very good weekend in this accommodation. The people are welcoming and available to the customer if needed. We highly recommend this place whether for its cleanliness, its amenities or its geographical area (located a few minutes from Lyon with public transport 200 meters away).

Nice accommodation at the back of the garden with independent access, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. It is easy to park the car nearby. The center of Lyon is easily and quickly accessible by the bus line whose stop is just next door. We were hosted very well by Olivier.

I arrived just in time to meet the host's wife and uncle. They assisted me with getting the key and checking in. The room is small and very cute. Warm and pleasant. The host's little cat lady slept with us all morning. Thanks a lot.

We had a lovely stay at Roland and his wife's place. The accommodation is clean, functional with lots of small touches (towels, soap, coffee, sugar, condiments, sunbed etc.). The area is very quiet (Auchan 10/15 min walk), bus nearby. The pool was lovely. The little thing to improve is just on the blind that covers the door, it lets in the light so when the sun rises, the room is no longer in the dark and difficult to go back to sleep personally.

Extremely welcoming and responsive host, accommodation totally in line with the description. We spent 5 days. It was ideal in relation to our projects that were in the area. We recommend it for the functional and charming accommodation and the impeccable quality of the host.

Great welcome in a very peaceful place conducive to relaxation. Next year I'll book two nights instead of one to enjoy it even more!

Christophe very kindly welcomed us and his apartment is spacious, comfortable, bright, very quiet and well-equipped. Close to the Perrache train and bus station, also close to a small Casino and a Lidl. Only 15 minutes' walk from a must-see brewery, the Georges brewery. We are very satisfied with our stay, even if the gloomy weather did not allow us to enjoy the pleasant terrace on which the apartment's living room opens.

Bright and well laid out apartment, conveniently located near the Lyon Confluence shopping center. Thank you Abigail, we had a wonderful stay.

We liked the modern furnished apartment very much. It is close to tram and bus stops, and Lyon-Perrache train station is within walking distance. The room opens onto a small, leafy courtyard and is really very quiet. The property is highly recommended.

Dark accommodation but with the advantage of not getting too hot! Slept well

We had a great stay despite the heat of June, the air conditioning was welcome. Renaud was very responsive and very welcoming, we were able to drop off our luggage before the scheduled arrival time to visit Lyon without being cluttered :) The value for money was excellent, I highly recommend visiting Lyon for a weekend.

Alexis apartment was very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed for our 4 day stay. Easy to access the Perrache station and all the sites in Lyon. We were especially close to Brasserie Georges which was quite an experience and also visited the Museum of Deportation and the French Resistance which was very interesting. A great and enjoyable stay.

I stayed in the apartment for a conference, so I was looking for a place within walking distance from the uni and some amenities like workspace and washing machine. For my purpose, this place was perfect. Just a quiet place to return back to. I like the neighbourhood, personal, local, not touristy, everything you need.

Great apartment for our travels, easy to get to from the train station and easy to travel to the airport from. Lots of great places nearby to eat and easy to walk around from to explore Lyon.

A good place to stay as a base for business trips or exploring Lyon – particularly suitable for solo travellers. It’s clean and functional, with everything you need, though not luxurious. Guests coming from overseas should be aware that the electrical sockets are quite old and may not always work well with modern adapters. That said, the building is solidly constructed, and the thick walls provide a peaceful environment with very little noise from neighbouring apartments.

I couldn’t recommend Julie’s apartment more- fabulous base for a trip to Lyon in a gorgeous part of town, very close to public transport. It’s comfortable, colourful and has an incredible vista. Seeing the lights at nighttime over the Basilica of Notre Dame of Fourvière is a stunning sight.

Since I couldn't figure out the check-in, Elonie came very quickly and helped me. Once I knew how it worked, it was easy. The apartment is beautiful. A large terrace with a small garden completes the picture. 2 bedrooms, each with 1 bathroom, made the stay easier.

This is a GREAT studio with the most amazing view of Lyon (it looks even more beautiful than the posted picture). Extremely clean, hosts were very responsive with troubleshooting a minor issue with blinds. I highly recommend this place for a single person or a couple. I really enjoyed the neighborhood with great eateries, an organic bakery nearby. It is a 5- minute walk to Halles de Bocuse which was so convenient and delicious!
